Used CH 3 only for rally comms,diff for other read. They had several licensed Amateur Repeaters so that any unlicensed operator w/Baefong UV-5 could at least listen to orders, but ONLY if they were on these frequencies 145.90, 147.045, 147.270, 447.1750, 448.575, 448.8750. /2

For example = Team Leader transmits -> repeater captures, copies signal & retransmits -> Team members receive signal/orders but can't respond (if unlicensed). The #SeditionFlagTenna boost signals. /3

Note that regardless of the above
1.Biggs was pictured w/ 151.370/400.005 (lil blurry).

It's possible #seditionfiretruck was involved in comms/cctv. I thought it was there til nightfall but didnt see it when crowd poured in. Couldve been moved b4 end of speech. Was located at West Side, Pennsylvania Prkg lot, West of Peace Monument (38.8911379, -77.013784). /5

Looking for firetruck media to see where it could've moved. I think the dark pic posted earlier was dawn not dusk. Looking for flags that look like there could be an antenna or looks like it has more than a zip tie holding flag. /7
