What I’m about to share is a clear violation of my rights @amazon re-routed public buses to their property for the last week which makes the public bus stop fair grounds for us to unionize @amazonlabor current workers along with myself set up our tables per usual signing workers
up handing out food and ALU shirts.Managers in passing questioned our set up one even said WTF* is this to an organizer the next morning @amazon sent this letter to the NLRB Director about our Tiktok video which clearly shows a bus depot in the background threatening myself
and others who volunteer that they will take legal action for us soliciting on their property! When does a Public @MTA Bus station become private property? Even more alarming is the fact that this letter was sent to the Director of the NLRB board 🤔 This is outrageous beyond
Belief and I will take further action on this matter. The board needs to clarify their relationship with @amazon immediately the fact that they’re directly discriminating against myself and workers at a public bus stop sending videos of our TikTok to the director shouldn’t
be overlooked. Reminder they called the police and had Brett Daniels a current worker illegally arrested when we on public property 2 weeks ago so far in 7 months @amazon has been using the MTA NYPD and their land owner Global Matrix to assist in union busting the NLRB has a duty
To protect workers rights and also earn trust of workers to use their process something must be done @amazonlabor will not rest until.
Sharing the video they’re referring to p.s. follow us on TikTok 😂 @ amazonlaborunion ✊🏾
I’ve officially filed my first ULP with the NLRB against @amazon in response to their letter.
