For the first time in History a Federal Judge ruled that @amazon Cease and Desist all illegal Union Busting. This ruling is being enforced by the NLRB. Thanks to our historical victory at JFK8 Staten Island Amazon management has to read the 30 page ruling to all 8,300 members. This alone is huge victory for the @amazonlabor not only does this ruling apply to JFK8 it also applies to every building Nationwide in the U.S. we strongly encourage any Amazon worker to be fully aware of their rights to organize a union.

What I’m about to share is a clear violation of my rights @amazon re-routed public buses to their property for the last week which makes the public bus stop fair grounds for us to unionize @amazonlabor current workers along with myself set up our tables per usual signing workers up handing out food and ALU shirts.Managers in passing questioned our set up one even said WTF* is this to an organizer the next morning @amazon sent this letter to the NLRB Director about our Tiktok video which clearly shows a bus depot in the background threatening myself
