Great powers not interfering in one another's affairs is historically how you get peace. Russian and Chinese concerns abroad are limited and based on specific historical grievances. The US sees itself as the moral arbiter of everything in the world, so unusually aggressive.

People can only say this stuff with a straight face if they know little about American foreign policy and the death and destruction it causes. Even put aside the wars, go Google "humanitarian effects of US sanctions."

So do India and Japan. The US has no border disputes because it’s already subjugated its neighbors. Believing in Chinese and Russian aggression depends on knowing a little about what they’re doing and nothing about rest of the world. US is unique in wanting to fight the world.
