Imagine an American Gen Z actor in a drama set with 9/11 as the main background and they give an interview saying “yeah I had to rely on the script for the history bc I was born after 9/11”
Imagine starring in a historical drama set in a deeply sensitive time and in your interview you’re gushing about *orange juice*
I cannot emphasize enough how this is not just a quote out of context. He was directly asked “what did he research about the era before the show” and he answered “I was born in 88 so I relied on the script.”
