How to lower emotion.

Before we go into how to lower emotion. Let us discuss why we would want to lower emotion in the body. Many women and feminized men think emotions are positive and that "Getting in touch" with emotion is healthy. Is that true? Let us discuss.

What is the positive that can be had by becoming emotional about something? The Wall Speaks was written from an emotional place because the empathy for suffering of fatherless men inspired me. When emotion moves us to act is a positive.

The key is "Moved to act" -- But that is when it is positive. Think about highly emotional men. They tend to either become angry which moves them to act in violence or they become emotional which moves them to cry which deflates their positive actions.

The angry guy is someone who has high emotion and they only "Manly" way he can deal with his high emotion is through wrath. This man is confused and irrational. Many angry guys are battling mood disorders that come from high emotional instability.

The man who cries when emotional is the man who is overwhelmed by the uneasy feeling inside which moves him to tears. After he cries the emotions are expelled which also deflates his emotional motivation which creates a spirit of inaction.

Before a man considers lowering his emotion. He must think about the positive effects of lowered emotion. If a man is an angry guy, he destroys his body and organs with negative emotion. He is overreactive to his external environment and lets it affect him to violence.

If a man lets himself cry everyday what he is doing is telling himself and woman that he cannot handle the emotion inside himself. And that weak expression will encourage further weak expression. Crying leads to more crying and fuels the emotion within.

This is the key point. Giving into emotion fuels the emotion. Violent rage encourages the rage in the heart just as tears fuel the emotions that lead to tears. Weakness increases weakness. Expressional expression fuels the emotion for the future. Decay breeds decay.

When a man holds back his emotional expression is reaffirming the control, he has over his body which lowers the emotions that lead to expression. The less a man cries the less he will feel the emotions that lead to crying. Holding back expression lowers emotion.

Why would a man wan to lower emotion?

Lowing emotion raises rationality. What clouds our thoughts and leads us astray most times? It is high emotion that leads us to chaos, and it is our rational mind that brings order into our life.

When a man's emotions are lowered, he will become a thinking creature. This thinking rational state is masculine frame. Women want rational men to lead them from their own vulnerable emotional state. We all want rational leaders. Nobody wants a weak-willed emotional leader.

The practice of emotional control is masculine frame. We control our expressions to lower our emotion and to raise our rationality. We need low emotion to become "Thinking creatures" who are not led by weak willed emotional decisions like women and mobs. Emotion is non thinking

Hold back the laugh. Hold back the tear. Hold back the violent rage. Hold back the expression to lower the emotion. This gets easier with practice. Keep growing in control of expression and this will lower emotion. And we need more low emotion and high rationale beings.
