@visionsurreal In this clip, Ali says he is excited for both January 5th and 6th. Which suggests the call happened before these dates.
Most importantly: the call was not merely attended by members of Congress, it also included state legislators. Ali does not mention any other parties on the call.

For some reason, Waldron admitted to briefing members of Congress, but left out the part where, according to Byrne, a delegate of VP Mike Pence was also briefed.
