I'd be happy to lay down my life for my family, if I needed to. But I'll not lay it down for a corrupt Conservative government. You all have long recesses. You none of you work in Parliament on Fridays. You all have time for parties and second jobs. Do the teaching yourselves.
You have trashed education every time you've been in government. You further disadvantage the already disadvantaged. You treat teachers like dirt. I'm tutoring kids online, one to one, privately, and unpaid. But I will do NOTHING for the Tories who led us to a disastrous Brexit.
I will do NOTHING for the Tories who spent money on their friends, who fast tracked contracts to the already rich, who clapped for nurses but refused them a pay rise, who left old people to rot and die, who have mismanaged every stage of this pandemic. Every stage? Oh yes.
It was scientists who created the vaccines. It was nurses and doctors and the NHS that your Sunak has just been to California to sell off, who delivered them. We owe you nothing. You deserve nothing. You will get nothing from us but the contempt you so richly deserve.
You, and Mogg, and Dorries and Baker and Patel and Coffey and all the rest of you - and that fainéant Johnson above all - you stink in the nostrils of decent people. You strip us of democracy, you remove our freedoms to protest and you think you can dangle us on a string?
We are not your puppets. We are not your dupes. We are not your servants. We elected you and we will unelect you. We are many and you are few. We are angry. We will not forget and we will not forgive. And we will have a reckoning, and you will pay for the wrongs you have done us.

#FBPE#FBNHS. To: the people complaining about masks/mitigation. No, Covid might not kill you - though it might: depends on your physical health including conditions you might not know you have, such as silent hypertension or coronary artery disease. But that's not the point.
The point is that if they're infected, and ill, the people YOU rely on without even thinking about it, can't do their jobs. If ONE train driver is infected and off work, it's no big deal. What if many are? If ONE delivery driver for a supermarket can't drive, no issue. But . . .
what if many are? What if many bin collectors are off? What if many supermarket workers are off? What if many teachers are off? But more importantly, what if many health staff and carers are off with this so called "mild version of Covid" (and we don't know how mild it is yet)?
What I do not understand about @Keir_Starmer and @UKLabour is this. 48% of the population voted to remain in the EU. Even if they cannot rejoin, they would at least appreciate closer ties - Single Market, Customs Union - & less hostility.
They are a group that is completely unrepresented by any party that can win power. They are voters without anyone who is asking for their support. They are a large group, a group which, if augmented by new young voters who are pro Europe could give a party a winning mandate.
By & large they're also a group which would support fairer wages, more equal society, decent treatment of minorities, ending hunger & homelessness: they would, in short, support what's on Labour's manifesto. They would give Labour a win, if they could. BUT, and this is a big but,
