Having children is fantastic.

The highs are higher.

The lows are lowers.

There is not middle ground.

Which makes it exciting and worrisome at the same time.

Yesterday day was one of the ‘worrisome’ days for me.

My 2-yo got really sick.

Didn’t stop coughing for hours.

We were in the mountains when this happened.

So we took a 2-hr drive to the emergency room late at night.

I can’t see well at nights.

So driving fast in the highway was a distressing.

All while the kiddo was having a hard time getting his breathing right.

My wife and I were scared shitless.

Too many Americans don’t understand the privilege of having freedom of speech.

In my country, I can be fined for calling my president a bitch or a traitor.

Article 86 of the Dominican Penal Code establishes: "Any offense committed publicly towards the person of the Head of State, will be punished with imprisonment from six months to two years, and an economic fine."

A guy got fined $1000 for calling the president a traitor.

I would love to have “call your president a bitch” privilege. You guys don’t understand what you have. Sad.
