Frankly, I'm fed up with flabby, weak, sickly looking people on TV and radio dishing out unhinged, unsolicited 'health advice' to people who are in far better shape than them.
The audacity.
Massively overweight people with 3 chins who can't do a single pull up, trying to DICTATE to everybody else what they MUST do!
They should be embarrassed, but they're emboldened instead... I don't know how we've let them think this is OK.
I generally mind my own business, but if others refuse to, then we can have mutually assured destruction.
Clean your own room first.
Your health is YOUR responsibility, not mine... Not anybody else's.
It's funny that people call me a 'grifter' when there are musicians, actors, comedians, and other influencers being paid handsome sums by the state (your taxes) and Big Pharma to shill injections. 🤣
It's hard for me to take people seriously who go on and on about 'mental health', whilst they've spent the past two years terrorising people with house arrests, forced isolation, school & business closures, mandatory masking, and other direct attacks on human connection and joy.
People love to virtue signal about 'mental health' like they do with many other things... It's trendy after all.
But if you consistently advocate for policies and actions that are KNOWN to damage people's mental well-being, then that tells me everything about your authenticity.
Like many other things, 'mental health' has almost become a buzz term.
People love to discuss it in the most shallow way possible, to show they 'care'...
But they avoid any REAL conversations about why it's declining. And the root causes. Same goes for physical health.
People think I appreciate it when they DM or email me saying that they agree with what I say... but they 'can't' say so publicly, for fear of 'the mob' or 'getting canceled'.
But I don't appreciate it. You're part of the problem.
Mass cowardice is how things got this far.
There are even people who 'shadow follow' me, instead of just hitting the follow button. Because they are 'afraid' of what their friends or colleagues might think.
Let it be known that you are a coward and I resent this just as much as the ones doing the canceling.
It's the virtual equivalent of watching your friends get jumped, while you hide under a table and tell them you are 'with them in spirit'.
Super lame.
I have no respect for cowardice. Even less so if you're supposedly on my 'side'.
