2 sisters & their brother were killed by a man driving the wrong way on an Louisiana interstate.
Their mom was critically injured.
A family friend was also killed.
Louisiana state police say toxicology tests are pending to determine whether the wrong way driver was impaired.
This was the 1st statement from police; their only statement so far. I pressed the public information officer as to whether there was a suspicion of alcohol on the part of the driver going the wrong way. I was told there was no reason to believe, at the scene, that he was drunk.
