We did a comparison with some of the biggest AMMs on the other chains.

Before we dive into the cross chain comparisons, let's take a look at some of Astroport's current numbers:

Current Price Est: $1.55
Circulating Supply: 110,000,000 (11%)
Max Supply: 1,000,000,000
MCAP: $170,500,000.00
FDV: $1,550,000,000
TVL: $1,200,000,000

Now, let's compare.

Let's take a few of the biggest AMMs on their respective chains and run the numbers.

This will be a general comparison of the AMMs' current MCAP vs the MCAP of their entire network.

The data below was taken on 21/12/21.

1. CAKE (3,004,240,482) / BNB (88,086,095,971) = 3.41%

2. UNI (9,289,411,566) / ETH (477,298,244,712) = 1.95%

3. JOE (340,370,724) / AVAX (28,603,674,028) = 1.19%

4. QUICK (77,656,333) / MATIC (16,225,163,451) = 0.48%

5. BOO (77,564,519) / FTM (3,594,031,261) = 2.16%

With Astroport eventually becoming one of the largest TVL black holes in Terra, ASTRO could potentially be very valuable and would be relatively fairly priced at $4 but not without risk.

ASTRO (440,000,000) / LUNA (30,331,362,049) = 1.45%

Valuation Premium:
ASTRO could be worth more due to its innovative features and competent team. It is also supported by one of the largest names in DeFi, Delphi Labs and has partnered with Immunefi for their bug bounty program.

Valuation Discount:
ASTRO could be worth less due to the public having doubts about the platform as it is very new and is only in its pre-launch phase and might only change when the protocol has reached a larger adoption.
