2021 was a year that was really transformational for me!

Summing up my 2021 -

- Dreams do come true so dream big!

- Don’t stop learning, the day you think you know everything, that is the end of you!

- The people around you are very important - choose them wisely!
- There are years when nothing happens and days where everything happens, so don't give up!

- Entrepreneurship isn’t about fancy quotes or fancy titles, it's about giving it your everything, whatever it takes!
- When you make mistakes, don’t cry over it, get to the root cause and solve it ASAP!

- Smart work and not hard work!

- Always have processes in place!

- Fitness – spend 30-45 mins daily on it, it can be as simple as a jog or a run with some pushups!
- Quality time with Friends and family – Spend quality time with them! I am happy with the kind of time I spent with my friends and family this year 😊

- Read – Reading is to the mind what exercising is to the body! Read!
- Giving back – You don’t need loads of money to give back to society. You can give your time! ( WE saw how some influencers were doing Covid leads/volunteering work in 2020 and 2021)
- Networking – It’s a known fact that I love talking/meeting/interacting with new people. Did the same this year. Can’t stress this enough! Talk to new people, learn from them, expand your network! Your network is your net worth!
- If you don’t ask the answer is always no! So ask! Sometimes you have to ask for something you deserve!

- Achieved something? Be happy for a while and then think of the next goal. Lost something? Be sad for a while and then think of the next goal.
- Mentor – Have someone who pushes you, criticizes you, empowers you! Having a mentor is very important! Someone you look up to and someone you can go to with your problems!
- You are always a work in progress! You are never perfect! Never forget that! See it as a positive, and in this way – There’s always room to get better and there’s always something new to learn!

That's it, folks! Thanks for reading!

All the books (50 books) I read this year and a one-line review on them!

A Mega thread!

My last thread for 2021 🧵

#Books #Reading

Let's get started 👇

A few years back, I used to read articles which used to say a CEO read 40 books this year and I always thought how?
It's all about consistently reading a few pages every day!

2020- I read 15-25 pages(not every day) - I read 34 books in 2020

2021- I read 25-35 pages every night before sleeping and 100-150 pages every weekend

Ok, now let’s go through those 50 books 👇

Nike started off by importing high-quality, low-cost running shoes from Japan

What’s shocking is the number of times the business came to an end but came out stronger every time!

An ant outmaneuvering an elephant –

A Cool story of how a small hand soap maker competed with P&G -

It's the early 1980s, and you've created an entirely new concept in an old industry: a liquid hand soap called Softsoap.
1/n

Looming is Procter & Gamble, a 100-ton gorilla able to crush you the minute the new concept gains traction. What do you do? You buy time. A small Minnesota business made the risky decision to buy up the entire U.S. supply of plastic pumps—some 100 million units

, effectively blocking P&G from launching a competitive product.

It found a bottleneck in the process and then controlled it.

Apple has used this formula repeatedly by identifying a critical component in key devices and locking up the supply for a significant period,
