🚨MY SIMPLE APPROACH TO USING UW🚨
1. Scan the hot chains list to see what’s, well, hot in volume and OI… Usually it’s $SPY, $AAPL, $QQQ and $TSLA, but always looking for that “unusual” ticker.
1. Scan the hot chains list to see what’s, well, hot in volume and OI… Usually it’s $SPY, $AAPL, $QQQ and $TSLA, but always looking for that “unusual” ticker.
2. Use the settings pinned to my profile to see what’s hot just like in step 1, with slightly altered premium ($30k - $1 mil) and DTE just to see what sticks out in order size and OI.
3. Go to historical flow of ticker to see what volume and OI came in for the day or previous day, depending on expiry.
4. Go check chart of said ticker, which is just as important as looking at the flow because entry and exit are crucial for max gains. If you don’t know how to do TA, it is in your best interest to learn because it will help you manage risk on 95% of your trades.
5. Keep calm, keep emotions out of it and execute.
