I’ve written several pieces about @CNN’s sexual predators and their enablers.

But I just can’t keep up.

Indeed, since this December 8th piece, two CNN producers were forced out following allegations of sexual abusing kids.

Eighth federal-court ruling striking down President Biden’s (illegal) COVID mandates:
Cheers to U.S. District Judge Terry A. Doughty for having the brains and backbone necessary to protect everyday Americans from President Biden’s blatantly illegal COVID fiats.

Let’s hope our Supreme Court justices find theirs.

Just in time for Christmas, Biden can now order the firing of unvaccinated employees across America, even those with natural immunity.

Congress never loaned OSHA the unilateral power to order mass-vaccinations of workers across America.

Even so, We The People never loaned Congress that power.

Supreme Court must wake up.

If any President of the United States has the unilateral power to order workers across America to take 2 vaccine shots and then boosters every 6 months for the rest of our lives — for a disease with a 97+% recovery rate — our Constitution is meaningless.

As the Boston-area DA, you campaigned on — and actually implemented — a policy that you would not prosecute trespassing.

That was #1 on your amnesty list.

So why did you just threaten to prosecute a reporter — for trespassing — who asked questions?

Good.

DC is a federal enclave & our nation’s capital.

Since 1802, the President has controlled @DCGuard1802.

We can’t surrender control to woke, incompetent politicians—like @MayorBowser.

“Hell No!” to DC statehood.

Instead, Congress must repeal the DC Home Rule Act of 1973.
In the meantime, Congress must put the @DCPoliceDept, @DCCorrections, and all other law-enforcement functions under federal control — just like the federal government prosecutes DC crimes and the DC trial and appellate judges are federally appointed.

@MurielBowser is a disaster.

We’ve had executive privilege since America’s founding, so that any President can have candid discussions with top aides.

Democrats are demanding privileged communications from President Trump’s chief of staff—his top aide.

So @WHCOS @RonaldKlain can expect the same after 2024.
Very excited for Republicans to reclaim the House.

There are many unanswered questions from former Obama White House and Justice Department officials, along with former Vice President Dick Cheney and his aides.

Executive Privilege doesn’t count anymore.

Judges must strike down Biden’s vaccine mandates for federal employees, especially the military.

The President doesn’t have the power to order vaccine mandates—especially not unilaterally.

Even if he did, his fiats are “arbitrary & capricious,” as they ignore natural immunity.
