Meanwhile, over at the loony bin known as the DC District Court, Obama appointee having another fact-free tirade from the bench.

The defendant pleaded guilty to…parading in the Capitol, a Class B misdemeanor that this court usually never handles.

Straight up racism from this black judge. Unreal:
Btw Chutkan is from Jamaica, went to George Washington for undergrad and Penn law school. She’s married to another judge.

Did Wray's FBI assets identify themselves with orange (get it?) neon caps and electrical tape?

Viewing the 3 hours of tunnel surveillance video now. Here’s what you can see toward the beginning. No protesters on the terrace…you can see USCP officers repeatedly using tear gas guns at the crowd outside.
Working on clips but DC/Capitol police clearly retreated from Capitol grounds for several minutes, going inside the building. Btw for those insisting USCP were unprepared, here’s a photo I just found. Cops on right prepping to throw pepper balls into crowd outside…
What’s odd is a man in a HMRT shirt (haz mat response team) who seems to be directing all the activity outside the tunnel:

Joe Biden has a sick fixation on death and he cannot get thru a single sentence of this old-man rant without slurring or stumbling. Media ignores.
“40 unvaccinated people will get sick.” My God.
Biden says almost all the people who died this year of COVID were unvaccinated.

Reporter asks Biden if it’s a failure there aren’t enough tests. He’s says no. Makes a face, press giggles. So sweet.

Biden says no one predicted this surge. Science!

Hearing now in the case of Ryan Nichols, the J6 detainee asking to be released and the removal of the government's protective order on 3 hours of crucial surveillance video from January 6:

Judge Hogan, 83, Reagan appointee presiding. I don't have a lot of hope Hogan will release Nichols. Hogan refused to release George Tanios, accused of "spraying" Brian Sicknick even though Tanios wasn't charged with spraying Sicknick himself.

DC Circuit overturned Hogan's order.
Hogan notes Nichols has been behind bars for 11 months. (He's in DC Gulag). First time Hogan is hearing a motion for release. Cites Munchel and Chrestman rulings by DC Circuit which set parameters for all J6 defendants and his ruling on Tanios.

Now addressing 3 hours of video...

Status hearing now for multi-defendant case including Robert Morss, aka Lego Man, who’s been behind bars since his June arrest. His atty John Kiyonaga asking for his release. Part of filing here…Morss was in tunnel where police, protesters brawled: ImageImage
Morss was moved from DC Gulag to another jail after being subjected to abusive strip search by gulag jail guards.

DOJ accused Morss of using his military training as an Army ranger (with 3 tours in Afghanistan) to lead the “riot.” Image
