why should you OFFER business credit?! — a thread 🧵

Getting a six-figure business line of credit seems almost impossible for new + small biz owners.

So offering one must be like, 10x harder, right?!

I mean… who would even think to do something like that?

US. 😏

And to be quite frank, I didn’t expect much from it.

I mean sure, I knew it would grab people’s attention…

It’s a total game-changer.

But what I didn’t expect, was for it to go from “I did a thing 👀”

To “OMG, I DID A F*CKING THING!!!”

It changed everything for me.

I already had systems in place for my business (some pretty sh*tty ones if I’m being honest)…

But when I started offering business credit, things changed.

*cues no BS, too-much-information level honesty*

Since I had never operated in a B2B (business-to-business) model, I had no idea how to approach it.

The shopping behaviors of consumers are much different from that of businesses.

FOMO tactics and cheap offers don’t work in B2B.

They have to see the benefits before investing…

Luckily, I had something to offer — a way to help build business credit!

So instead of being the small business owner who frets + worries about not being qualified for business funding…

I became the “big business owner” who offers it! 💪

And, ironically…

I was able to leverage my Net 30 Program to get business funding.

So I win both ways. 😉
