Tanner Bryce Sells sentencing reset for Jan 18 due to bad broadband.
The apparently hot-blooded William Peart of Utah pleads guilty and is obsequious to judge.
Tim Boughner to be held without bond until trial due to his extensive criminal record.
Nicholas Hendrix trial set for April 29
Jeffrey Finley continued for another 30 days
No luck yet finding an update on Robert Flynt Fairchild, Jr. yet, but what a charmer.
Stacy Wade Hager status conference today not making news or the Twitter.

Hmm. Perhaps he has a lovely baritone?
Illinois boy James Robert Elliott a.k.a. Jim Bob A.k.a. #AllBlackBabyThor seems absent from media reporting today, too, so we’ll placehold with this from December.
Mark Mazza faces up to 20 years but I can’t seem to locate info on today’s status hearing.

All the news on Tyler Slaeker is from August.

George Tenney 3 of South Carolina has until March 29 to figure out how he will plea.
Weirdly, Darrell Youngers is mentioned in that article on Tenney, but it does not disclose any outcomes from today’s status conference.
Michael Fitzgerald has an undisclosed medical condition so if he’s well enough, the status hearing will instead be held on March 16.
Not on today’s calendar, but my ears prick up whenver Ryan Samsel is mentioned. This out today, that four J6 defendants will have their cases combined.

And that’s it for today. 🔚

Guess we really have to start off with Kenneth Harrellson who is not having his bond hearing due to the fact that he has covid and is in isolation at the DC jail.

To make matters worse, he is named in the Stewart Rhodes conspiracy indictment and faces. Counts 1,2, 3, 4, 5, & 11
Sentencing comes first.

Kentucky bad boys Dalton Ray Crase and Troy Dylan Williams three years of probation. Williams gets 15 days of "intermittent confinement.

Crase has expressed "deep remorse for his conduct" and "done a lot of soul-searching.”

“A federal grand jury in the District leveled the new charges focusing on what prosecutors say is a core group of Oath Keepers adherents who allegedly planned for and participated in obstructing Congress on the day lawmakers certified President Biden’s 2020 election victory.”
What a thing of beauty the indictment is.

As you’ll see it’s not simply one eyed Stewie, but a number of the Oath Keepers. You’ll know their names from the “stacks”.

It is 48 pages, so I will be busy gloating for a little while. 😘

One year ago today, rightwing attorney Cleta Mitchell resigned from her law firm, Foley & Lardner, after new reports revealed she had been on Trump’s shakedown call to Georgia

So buckle up, buckaroos, it’s time for a long thread on this legal eagle at the GQP nexus.
January 5, 2021, Tea Party lawyer Cleta Mitchell announced she was leaving Foley & Lardner after 20 years. News reports revealed her role in Trump’s call to Brad Raffenberg, Georgia’s Secretary of State.
Now Mitchell is suing to block her J6C subpoenas.
Cleta Mitchell’s lawsuit against the J6C subpoenas appear to be fishing for information on what the J6C knows, to my eyes. And we could discuss that, but what I’m really curious about is this woman herself, who among the GOP is almost a cipher.
