Enrique Tarrio was subpoenaed by the @January6thCmte while he was incarcerated.
"I plan to comply with the January 6 Committee to the best of my ability," he tells me.

As Tarrio departed from the jail, I asked whether the case concerns him.
He says he is "absolutely not" worried the feds are coming for him next.

Tarrio had entered Washington DC on January 4th, 2021 to participate in the January 6 event, but was arrested on entry into the city.
He was released on the 5th but banned from DC, hence his physical non-attendance on the 6th.
