You refuse to correct your intentional misrepresentation, @RuthMarcus.

You know that other reporters, like @DLeonhardt at @nytimes, are citing to this.

I emailed @washingtonpost on January 10th, copying you.

Still not even a response.

So I'm not going to pretend to be civil.

Dear ⁦@NinaTotenberg⁩:

You know your reporting is false.

The Supreme Court press office told you this.

And you didn’t even bother to confirm with them before your false reporting.

Do you have the integrity to retract your false reporting? (No.)

Cheers to @ShannonBream for her excellent journalism.

It takes courage for journalists to report when their colleagues get it wrong.

Fact Check: 100% False.

The Chief never asked his colleagues to mask up, for any reason.

Mark Joseph Stern’s spouse works in the Supreme Court press office.

So he knows — or should know — that he’s spreading misinformation.
Gorsuch is vaccinated and boosted, like all justices.

He also tests before court arguments.

So do advocates.

The Court upgraded its air-filtration system.

8 justices didn’t wear masks before 2 Fridays ago.

2 took off masks then.

Gorsuch doesn’t play theater.

Masks forever?
Dear @NinaTotenberg:

1. Your “sources” are 100% wrong.

2. Your reporting is 100% false.

3. Did you ask your “sources” about the masking patterns of the 8 justices who participate in-person in the private conferences after court arguments?

When the federal government—let alone a President—has the power to fire private citizens for their vaccine decision, our Constitution is meaningless.

5 justices made that happen for 10 million doctors, nurses, & other healthcare workers—who face presidential firings.

Cowardice.
Now @SenateGOP and @HouseGOP must fix this:

Force votes to cutoff federal funding to any entity—governments, universities, and all grantees or contractors—that have any quarantines of the healthy or vaccine mandates for anyone.

We’re 2 years into “15 Days to Slow the Spread.”

Dear @JosephPatrice:

Even @washingtonpost fact check @GlennKesslerWP explains why you’re 100% wrong.

Your partisan derangement has destroyed your hearing, in addition to frying your brain.

Deaf and dumb.

Dear Justices:

Your main job is to protect us from government tyranny and mob rule.

Ensuring we follow the Constitution—with carefully enumerated and separated powers—is critical to protecting us.

5 of you failed us—spectacularly—this week.

You damaged the Court’s reputation.
My Black female neighbor is a nurse.

She’s lived in DC her whole life.

She’s a Democrat, though not political.

She doesn’t want to get the COVID vaccine.

She worked through two years of COVID.

Now, she will lose her job.

And be excluded from DC public life, starting today.
All for a vaccine we know doesn’t stop the spread of omicron.

All for a virus even Fauci now admits “just about everybody” will get.

All for a virus from which more than 99% of us will recover.

All because 5 justices didn’t have the will or courage to tell a President “no.”

Dear @RuthMarcus:

In the last 24 hours, you’ve written 3 false statements about justices:

1. (Triple-vaxxed) Gorsuch was only justice who went maskless to oral argument on Friday

2. Gorsuch misstated flu deaths

3. Sotomayor dined maskless with Democrat politicians last night
Fact Check: False.

3 (triple-vaxxed) justices declined to wear masks on Friday
