Donald Trump’s FAILURES, FINANCIAL DISCLOSURES, LOANS, & DEUTSCHE BANK!!!FACTS the @nytimes @EricLiptonNYT @maggieNYT do NOT report.
1. Trump reported in his financial disclosures that the Trump Hotel generated more than $150 million in revenue.
2. House Oversight Committee ⬇️
has documents detailing losses of more than $70 million during Trump’s presidency.
3. Hotel needed a loan of more than $27 milllion from one of Trump’s holding companies, as well as the existence of a favorable $170 million loan from Deutsche Bank, NOT previously disclosed.
The Trump Organization previously attempted to sell the lease for $500 million. The price dropped down as Newmark began looking for offers in excess of $400 million. JLL was initially tapped to market the property, but bailed after the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Back in September 2020, the Senate unanimously passed a resolution reaffirming its commitment to a peaceful transition of power in the wake of President Trump's refusal to do so if he loses the election.
The measure, authored by Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia, warns in part, "Whereas any disruption occasioned by the transfer of the executive power could produce results detrimental to the safety and well-being of the United States and its people ..."
and ends by saying that the Senate "intends that there should be no disruptions by the President or any person in power to overturn the will of the people of the United States.".

I woke up on Feb. 15, 2018, to see my name & picture splashed across the front page of the NYT website
headlined “Trump’s Inaugural Committee Paid $26 Million to First Lady’s Friend” by Maggie Haberman & Kenneth P. Vogel.
With those ten words, life as I knew it ended.
The comments on the article started racking up, all of them hostile, hateful, and negative. By the headline alone, it seemed like the First Lady had handed her “party planner” friend a cushy job and that I had danced off with millions. It made our friendship the big scandal.
The article was filled with lies! Dragging my name & photo in front of the public was an effective distraction from the real & totally embarrassing stories that were unfolding at the White House. The Mueller indictments. Other investigations under way. Security clearance debacle.

I RESIGNED on 2/14/18
(see letter from me to Melania ⬇️).

I was NOT fired.
I did NOT receive $26 M.
I did NOT receive $1.62 M.

The WH and the @nytimes made me the $26 million dollar headline on 2/15/18 (day after my resignation).

Entire letter to Melania is in Melania and Me.
Who is JUSTIN?
Justin Caporale was listed as the event's project manager involved in organizing the January 6 rally that led to the deadly storming of the Capitol (the AP reports). Justin was a former top aide to Melania & on the Trump campaign payroll for most of 2020.
Who is Stephanie Grisham? Melania’s spokeswoman who helped lay the blame for the gross mismanagement of inauguration funds squarely on my back. Grisham told the NYT FLOTUS “SEVERED” the gratuitous services contract with {me} & that I’d been employed as “a special gov’t employee.”
