On 21st Jan 300-320k PUT contracts are expected to expire worthless. Which is ignition stage of the rocket 🚀 but it depends on what the shorts are planning to do. I'll tell you some of their options. Think carefully and don't fall for FUD
Option 1. Shorts have done some sell marketwide sell off to raise some cash this week. They probably have few billions collectively. They could start shorting in premarket to drive #GME price down & try to get some of those PUTs ITM. Then at open they could start loading calls.
Once they have loaded cheap calls, they could start closing their PUT contracts. If this happens then the run will begin. So if you sell a call contract NEAR the money and if that call gets ITM,Then it's your responsibility to deliver those shares to shorts. So be careful!
Option2. They could use all that money that they received from sell offs to drive the price down in premarket. Then they could open new PUTs with next year's expiry or something while closing the current PUTs. This option is to drag this further so they can make money from Calls.
Option 3. If there are enough buy orders to provide support in premarket then at open they could buy Calls and let those PUTs expire worthless.If this happens run will begin between 21st and 26th Jan. Remember CALLs create synthetic long positions,PUTs create synthetic short pos.
So don't get too excited and think a squeeze is guaranteed in the next few days because it is only a possibility. They can cover partially and it could be a mini squeeze which could take the price to $1000-$2500 or even less. Holding real shares is the best way! No doubt.
Your brokers are corrupted! They lend or use your shares without your permission to do hedging for their own trading. DRS is the absolute best way to invest. If you buy ITM call options with expiry date which is weeks away, then buy OTM PUTs as well. Otherwise your calls will be
used by brokers and market makers to manipulate the market and make them worthless.Yes this is a 100% rigged game, you need to know that before you play it so you don't let them manipulate using your assets.When you buy OTM PUTs you are telling the market I will buy if it drops.
MOST IMPORTANT part of option play and holding shares is you must attach a limit sell order. If you don't attach a LIMIT BUY order to your option contracts then your broker can use them to manipulate it just like how they lend shares. Knowledge Is Power! #ApesNotLeaving
