If Boris Johnson’s statement on the status of the Pandemic facing the U.K. is anything to go by then the public have been gravely misled as to the threat from Omicron as it appears it is just another, more complex mutated form of the flu family of viruses.
We are at the tail end not of a number of cases of the virus but of government fear mongering! Time to admit that the requirement for mandatory vaccination and Covid Passports are an abuse of human rights and no longer sustainable by the government.
If the vaccines do have a degree of protection from the worst case scenarios of ending in hospital then it is not that very different from severe forms of the flu which can equally affect the unvaccinated.
However, the incidence of younger people that are unvaccinated ending up at A&E is of concern but the emergence of newer alternatives or forms of drug treatment could reduce this figure in the near future.
However the damage to mental health caused by this government is more complex than the virus to resolve and in many cases irreparable. What this government has done to the unvaccinated and other governments around the world, is little short of a crime against humanity.
Their authoritarian approach stance has been dubbed by the mainstream media as losing patience with the unvaccinated but that phrase covers up a host of blatant discrimination under the excuse of a Pandemic and public health.
There are certain situations in which human rights have to be restricted if it is in the public interest and can even be suspended but only for a set period in extraordinary circumstances such as a ‘force majeure’!
However governments around the world are taking this Pandemic as an opportunity to assume a free license to impose whatever restrictions they choose whether or not they’re disproportionate, draconian and attack the fundamental rights we automatically take for granted as citizens.
How can it ever be excused to restrict the right to food or live where you wish in your own country or move around and travel inside your own borders and carry a form of domestic passport on your person. It’s way beyond anything remotely excusable as in the public interest.
If you even think about it for a few seconds such restrictions open up society to all sorts of extreme state violations of our everyday freedoms and civil liberties.
What’s next.. voter ID’s, employment permits based on mandatory injections, shopping permits to visit shops at only set times as laid down by government not us, travel permits even for limited movement inside your own city or town…
Surveillance cameras everywhere both outdoors and indoors with only a few exceptions watching and recording your movements 24/7, bank accounts and passports to travel suspended automatically without prior warning.
The above might sound far fetched to some readers but every one of these human rights violations have been employed in the past and still are by various governments around the world in the same ‘public interest’ but in reality, to justify their own political or economic agenda.
So the next time our government/politicians mention phrases like, ‘in the public interest’, ‘public health’ or ‘common good’ be aware that they are wide open to almost any interpretation or spin they choose to assign to their meaning at any given moment.. words have consequences!

How many of those tweeps that thought it was a good idea to buy into a rigged electoral system set up by Johnson and the Tories actually wrote to their MP’s to oppose its introduction???
The old saying ‘if you can’t beat then join them’ or ‘If you lie down with dogs you catch fleas’ are as contradictory and full of BS as those who propose paying for voter ID’s as it doesn’t work that way. Voter ID cards are free in Northern Ireland. 🤣
However if there is a charge attached then it’s rigged and the know it all’s on Twitter won’t make a jot of a difference to the election outcome should they pay for 10 others to be eligible to vote. Any charge to vote in any democracy is totally corrupt and anti-democratic.

The Covid Passport was a first step in the introduction by big brother of digital ID for U.K. citizens. House of Lords have just voted last night for Voter ID cards. Another Tory device for limiting our civil liberties, this time for rigging elections. It’s happening!
When will the U.K. public wake up and actually get it that these government initiatives are not being introduced on the basis of their proven merits or in the public interest. They are being sold as such but in reality are detrimental to our right to privacy and freedoms.
In comparison to other European countries, the U.K. public are much slower in understanding the basic truth that governments are not to be trusted. It’s citizens are largely conservative in their outlook and conform rather than question or disobey bad laws.

There are no practical reasons why double jobbing is being introduced by the Tories in respect of Northern Ireland politicians-
1. NI politicians cannot be in two places at once - Stormont & Westminster.

2. Both legislative bodies have full sittings on Wednesdays when both meet.
3. There is such a thing as modern forms of communications which allow politicians to engage on important issues without physically being in attendance eg. Zoom, Skype, email, text or the simple phone call. 👇
4. So that leaves only one reason. It benefits the DUP at the expense of all other Northern Ireland parties as they are the only ones supporting its introduction whilst the rest are unanimously firmly opposed to it.👇

Don’t mind anyone disagreeing with the Djokovic decision in Australia. What is comical are those on Twitter who prefer to call you ‘patronising’ when all you have done is disagree with them on that issue.
It seems it’s a big ego buster for those who have loads of followers on the twitterphere when you have disagreed politely with them on social media despite their posting rude comments on your timeline. It’s petty but pity their lack of manners & supersized ego.
These follower hungry egotists certainly take offence at the drop of a hat or the second you unwittingly hit a nerve in their one dimensional twittersphere. It’s all about their self image and the fear that you just might prove them wrong in front of their follower base.

We in the U.K. would never have had the current crisis in the NHS during this Pandemic if the Tories had:

1. Properly funded our NHS.

2. Stopped rolling out privatisation of the NHS

3. Recruited more doctors, nurses & health care workers

4. Built the hospitals they promised.
This government and the two previous Tory governments of May and Cameron were guilty of the same failures to resolve the 4 issues listed above.
But all we hear from government is scapegoating of our own citizens instead.

A) Blame those who use A&E when they can’t get an appointment with a GP.

B)Blame the unvaccinated.

C) Blame the youth of our 4 nations.

D) Blame the usual annual winter demand on the NHS!

These draconian measures that strike at the heart of an individual’s human rights must be opposed at all costs. Once governments get away with this under the excuse of a Pandemic they will not be restored and if you think it won’t eventually affect you then think again. ✊👊
There is no disputing the fact that a number of those behind the drive to get everyone vaccinated has considerable amounts of money invested in shares in these vaccines which are hugely lucrative in terms of financial gain.
How can you trust someone who has vested interests in profiting financially from these vaccines especially when no one told us at the start that we would need more and more vaccines injected into us and be coerced into taking them. The lunatics are in charge of the asylum!
