Listen, you can build a high ticket ecom biz with approx $1000.

But there's things you can get wrong.

And if you make a big mistake?

It'll cost you time and money.

If I were to start again this is what I'd want to know:

1. Niche Selection

You don't need to reinvent the wheel.

There are 1000's of products selling online every second.

You're looking for $500+ products to sell.

Not $20 products shipped from China.

Search Google, Amazon and Wayfair for inspiration.

But you need traffic...

2. Get HIGH quality traffic

Focus on mastering 1 traffic source at a time.

One quality traffic source beats 5 bad ones.

Start with:

• Google shopping ads
• Build a funnel
• Make sales
• Scale ads

Cars don't work without fuel...

And paid ads are the fuel for sales!

3. Fearing competition

"But there's people already selling the product?"

Good!

If people are selling it, they're making money.

There's room for more than 1 seller with High Ticket eCom.

Some tips if your just starting out...

Make sure there's:

• No more than 5-10 competitors
• Competitors running Google text ads
• Check if stores running ads are online only

Question...

"Why does it matter if they're online only?"

They're using the same method as you.

And once you've validated the niche...

4. Build your store

Keep your store SIMPLE.

Buy a theme for Shopify (some are way better).

And make your store:

> User friendly
> Trustworthy
> And fast

You can sell the best products in the world.

But if your store looks poop - you won't sell a thing.

And then...

5. Don't give up

You only fail if you give up...

And before every great success there's hard moments.

6. Get a Coach

Confession time - I made a mistake.

I didn't get a coach as soon as I should of.

Think about it...

Is it better to pay $150 for coaching now?

Or waste $1000's on ads?

And months of time?

For 0 sales.

Pay up front > win faster...

7. Build organic traffic

You make sales with paid traffic first.

But in the long run?

You focus on SEO > organic traffic:

> Build a blog
> Add content to collections
> Send links to your home page
> Target high volume, buyer intent keywords

You'll be swimming in traffic…

8. Automation baby

Once your store is making sales consistently.

You need to reduce time in your biz:

- Get the Zapier app
- Build email flows
- Employ a VA

Work on your business, not in your business.

And then...

9. Scale To the MOON!

Double down on what's working.

Scale your paid ads.

Increase budgets.

Up the ad bids (on what sells).

And you'll be on your way to $10k/month profit in under 12 months.
