''YOU GUYS SHOULD ALLOW SOLUDO TO PICK HIS TEAM AS HE LIKES AND DEEMS FIT OBJECTIVELY .
👉It is shocking that folks from Imo and Abia , the two worst ruled states in the history of Nigeria are the ones attacking Soludo and questioning the rationale behind his decision to subject
those , who want to join his executive team to written and oral tests .
👉If First Class Graduates and top executives of companies with turnover of over $20billion and staff strength of over 67,000 people are made to write aptitude tests and oral interviews before they are
engaged, what is the big deal in asking would be ordinary commissioners and aides of a governor to undergo the same test?
👉See, the position of a commissioner is not more than that of a manager/team lead in a Bank or shell or Chevron
👉What do you guys understand about written
and interviews and placements in a field that has tens of equally competent men and women ?
👉If you have a pool of 100 First Class Graduates with deep competences/experiences and you need to work with only 15 of them, how will you separate the 15 from the crowd?
👉Won't you give the whole of the 100 in the field the aptitude and quality test to prove themselves?
👉Nigeria today has over 70 top professional footballers across the world. How do you select the top 18 to dorn the green white green Jersey without recourse to objective
screening exercises.
👉Majority of those, who are offended with Soludos quest to pursue objectivity in selecting the team that will work with him are those, who have scarcely participated in rigorous recruitment processes in their career growths .
👉Make una leave this man to
govern his state . He will not populate his cabinet based on quota system and political god father driven selection criteria that have crippled Imo and Abia state over the last 20 years .
Merit ,Excellence, Competence and Integrity should be his overarching plank in selecting
those , who will work with him .
make una Face una own states and stop this pokenosing ghaghaghaness''

''In the eighties, Onitsha traders became frustrated and stood up against armed robbers and touts terrorizing and robbing the city. They formed a movement nicknamed Boys Oye to flush the criminals disturbing their businesses out.
In the nineties, Aba traders,
after they have had enough of the nuisance of the armed robbers and touts terrorizing the city, formed Bakassi Boys movement.
We all know what the results of those movements were. Criminals terrorizing the cities and markets were dealt with and flushed out.
There is a limit to
what a people can tolerate_to how much you can bully and frustrate them_with time, they will turn around to proclaim that enough is enough and push back.
Those who are imposing and enforcing the self-destructive sit-at-home orders across Igboland may soon feel the frustrations

JIGAWA: A STATE WHERE A SCHOOL PRINCIPAL CANNOT COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH
By Bashir Aliyu Limanci
Jigawa state, despite heavy investment in education still lags behind other states when it comes to literacy rates. I did my national service in Hadejia from 2014 to 2015.
I don't know whether the situation has improved, but most of the teachers in Hadejia did not qualify to teach. If El-Rufai were the governor of the state, many a teacher would be flunked out. From the day I left Hadejia, not a single teacher from Aminu Yusuf Secondary School
could speak English for five minutes, not even the principal and her two vice principals. I was always a translator for the vice principal admin whenever he was about to talk to my fellow corps members who could not speak the Hausa language. Assembly was exclusively in Hausa and

''TINUBU DID NOT MAKE THEM, HE EXPLOITED THEM*
By Ayo Turton
What human capital has Tinubu developed gan an? I am sick and tired of hearing this argument.
Let's break this down. At best, Tinubu's relationship with these guys has been symbiotic in the best scenario for him.
Was it Tinubu that made Osinbajo the Professor he is, or Tinubu needed his brain to run his government?
When he got jammed up with Obasanjo, it was Osinbajo that came up with a legal solution for him and they won serially in courts.
For your information, Tinubu was against his
becoming the VP. He reluctantly agreed when he had no choice.
Was it Tinubu that made Fashola Senior Advocate of Nigeria?
He only tapped into Fashola's brain to make his government look good. The benefit was mutual. The moment Fashola's profile started rising above his own as

An elderly Nigerian walks into a bank and asks for a N50,000 loan.
Manager: What are you going to do with the money?
Old man: I'm going to go into the city and sell my agricultural products.
Manager: Do you have collateral?
Old man: What's collateral?
Manager: Collateral is something of value that can cover the amount of the loan. For example, do you have a car?
Old man: Yes, I have an old pick-up
Manager: That won't do. Do you have a landed property?
Old man: Yes, I do.
Manager: Do you have the papers for it?
Old man: Yes.
After some negotiations, the old man and the manager settle on collateral. The manager does all the paperwork and gives the old man N50,000
A few weeks later, the old man returns to the bank, walks up to the same manager , takes out a huge wad of bills and returns the loan.

''I hope you know a very poor nation with 200 million people can still erect a mega rice pyramid?
The question is, has the rice gone round everybody to say it is truly surplus and therefore affordable?
I hope you know we can gather 1,000 private jets together in one place and
snap a photo of them to show that Nigerians have arrived?
Does that then mean everybody can afford one?
Even a land with multi-dimensional poverty can create an illusion of plenty.
What speaks the undiluted truth is the number of averages and actual experience on ground.
Yemen is a dirt poor country but the day they decide to fool themselves with their onions they will erect sky-scraper pyramids with it.
In any case, the intellect that can sincerely create food surplus, will not stay idle while insecurity threatens the corporate existence of the

''The last state and federal elections in Lagos have been very close. Bring out the numbers.Despite voter suppression, despite thuggery and vote buying, APC has found it difficult to win gubernatorial elections. Many can swear that Buhari did not win Lagos despite The Godfather
and master tactician.
The logistics of elections cost money. Campaigns cost money. Huge sums. You have to spend to win. No one is debating that.
The point of departure is that voter buying is illegal. As is vote suppression. As is bribing electoral agents. As is thuggery.
I know many of us have accepted practice as norm. Part of the reasons that we do not want your man to unleash that destruction of values on us.
The much touted influence and alleged transformation of Lagos State by the party still requires unwholesome practices to win.
