Racial concordance improves patient trust. Focusing on using layman terms, letting the patients talk improves the patient experience.
Community engagement is key, but researchers often get their data and then leave. .@DineeMD is building Community partnerships with local clinical champions to help ensure their durability and acceptance.
Health literacy, vision screening, goal setting and coaching are important components of the clinic.
The program and its reputation are having sizable impact. Huge growth in evaluations and wait-listing through the program directly and it’s reputation
