So today - not 1, not 2, not 3 but FOUR fact-checks from @6NewsAU saw separate meltdowns, weird accusations & just plain rubbish

3 of those were released today

Fact-Check 1 looked at posts missing context re #Morrison supposedly refusing to shake the hand of Bill Shorten

That saw claims that:
- the pic was doctored (it's not, there's even video)
- and that 6news is murdoch owned

Fact-Check 2 saw the least insane responses - even with the @AusElectoralCom involvement

*cough* Su & Sheep saga *cough*

although we were told not to "shoot the messenger" for...point out that a falsehood was a falsehood?

Fact-Check 3 got me blocked, unblocked & blocked again by the person who made the claim

Via the article:

Longhurst said that "sad to report that we don't know how many people have died" (we do) and added a hashtag reading 'NSW Hidden Deaths.'

And Fact-Check 4...well, that saw the worst responses

The article is from Oct 2021 but the claim keeps spreading (especially with the return of #Insiders this week)

That saw claims like:
- Secret funding
- Pro Liberal
- I have "minders"

And many more

All of these attacks came from one side of politics - many were on a personal level

(someone even went after my name???)

I'm genuinely sick of it
