Comelec Commissioner Rowena Guanzon: Ang desisyon ko, ang boto ko, disqualified talaga siya. Convicted siya of a crime involving moral turpitude.
Guanzon: Tama bang gawain ito ng mabuting Pilipino, mabuting tao? Apat na taon siyang hindi file ng income tax return, hindi siya nagbayad ng buwis. At hindi siya nagbayad ng multa sa Regional Trial Court.
Guanzon: This delay is already unreasonable. This has never happened before. The resolution is hijacked by the ponente.

She confirms Comelec Commissioner Aimee Ferolino is the ponente.
Guanzon on ponente Ferolino: We cannot contact her since three days ago.
Guanzon on why she voted to disqualify Marcos: There is no certified copy of their allegation that they paid the deficiency taxes.
Guanzon: What’s so hard about writing [the] decision? My golly, I can write that in four hours.
Guanzon on delay in Marcos disqualification petition decision: I have a strong, strong feeling that a politician interfered here. Huwag na kayo makialam dito. Ang presidente nga hindi nakikialam, kayo pa?
