A snow-covered bridge in Frick Park in Pittsburgh PA has collapsed ... on the day Biden is visiting the city to speak about infrastructure.

There do not appear to be any deaths, still waiting on severity of any injuries. A natural gas line appears to be cut.

Reporters asked a local witness if there were any signs the bridge was unsafe or might collapse.

Wendy responded, "It is funny you should ask that. Over the years there has been a ca-thump, ca-thump."
