1\ Enough is enough. The issues of fraud and these scammers who harm the people of our community while jeopardizing the advancement and integrity of DeFi must be addressed head-on, together. Today and for me this is a pivotal moment for DeFi and for the community.

2\ But first, let’s begin with Grim Finance. @financegrim

To bring further clarity and for the record, so everyone knows this – for personal reasons and based on principle

3\ I will neither support nor invest in any gambling-related business as I have seen firsthand the detrimental effect gambling has on people (and their friends and families) as it is a form of addiction.

4\ Better yet, I will never invest nor support any business nor project that leverages the harmful flaws of humans for their personal gains.

5\ Over the years I have been approached numerous times to invest and fund both physical and online casinos, and I have turned all of them down.

6\ I've had projects come to me to offer hundreds of millions - and even a potentially billion-dollar deal - to run a casino on Fantom's blockchain

7\ I turned them down; however, I cannot stop them from running a casino on a blockchain I support. The only thing I can do is politely say "best of luck".

8\ Simply put, I avoid any and all predatory businesses that prey on the weaknesses of people and gambling is a game of chance where the house always wins. It’s programmed to do so.

9\ So to reiterate, I myself will personally and professionally have never and will never invest in gambling businesses or in anything similar. I wanted to make this clear to everyone.

10\ You can see why @financegrim Grim Finance’s intentions to open a casino to pay back victims of the hack hits a sore point with me.

11\ In fact, because they are using this method to pay back the victims of the hack while remaining anonymous, I will further question and investigate even more if this is an inside job.

12\ Also one of their guys, Dede, is no longer with Grim and now they are fully and unfairly attacking him.

13\ Either way, the Grim team has opened up a can of worms for themselves because running an online casino in the United States is illegal, and they are willingly creating an enormous risk to their users as well as their own operation.

14\ Additionally, in regard to the @financegrim Grim Finance Hack:
1. Grim has no plan to compensate users who have lost money in the December 18, 2021 Grim exploit despite repeatedly promising to do so.

15\ 2. Another $TSHARE issue was recently brought to the attention of Grim and their team brushed it aside.

16\ 3. They continually refuse to address these issues, along with other issues at Grim, when doing so would protect their users.

17\ I will NOW spend time, money and resources to find out WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED WITH THE GRIM FINANCE HACK.

18\ @financegrim Grim's actions will not be tolerated for the sake of the victims of the Grim Finance hack as well as for our community. Stay tuned on this.

19\ On another matter, let’s briefly address JustYours @justyoursme justyours.me Like you, I’ve been completely blindsided by the actions of both co-founders Dimitri and Josh.

20\ As many of you know, JustYours abruptly sold approximately $700,000 of the protocol’s $JUST token and declared that the project was shutting down - in other words, they rugged the project.

21\ I strongly condemn their actions. They have stolen from each and every one of us in the community who had supported them and this project. These actions reflect poorly on the DeFi community and individuals like Dimitri and Josh undermine everything we’re trying to accomplish

22\ We cannot let bad actors behave this way. This will be addressed. Stay tuned. So, as many of you know, 2022 has been a wild start for DeFi and our community, particularly the past 48 hours;

23\ however, this should teach us all that it takes a whole community to not only grow and accomplish the mission and purpose of DeFi, but now it will take the whole community to protect one another and prevent these scammers from tearing us apart,

24\ bringing us down, and further harming the members of our community.

25\ Now is the time and I am honored to lead this effort along with my team.
