Wow, I can't believe it's been almost four months since I last worked on it, but there were a lot of things that got in the middle: Content restrictions, then a literal surgery on my dick, then platform issues that made me doubt they'd work for publishing.
And to be honest, I'm still figuring things out but I think it's been long enough already, so here we go: I'm gonna be posting it in two platforms: Sponsus and Gumroad.
Both of them take a different approach to content restrictions than Patreon. They make sure they remain compliant with the payment processor restrictions by banning real-life content and only allowing fictional content. Which as a fiction writer, works for me.
I could publish it in posts form but apparently only AFTER I have subscribers, meanwhile I'm uploading it in PDF form. It's not all there yet but it will be in the following days.
And the first new chapter will probably be posted in both platforms by the second week of February.
I'm already writing it. /*excited
It will work, basically, same as Patreon: A 5 USD/Month subscription in either platform will give people early access to Matt and the Hunters, and maybe other stories that I plan to eventually make public in open sites like MCstories or GSS.
Early access means at least several weeks, btw.
(and there may be some extra stories that won't go public that soon, every now and then)
I've been doing "all-access" subscriptions that get an extra story in alternate weeks, so in total I've pushed myself to write one story per week and that has proven to be too much. I can barely keep up, so I'm gonna take a more relaxed approach here.
I will commit to one chapter per month as a minimum and will aim for two, but without the pressure to fill in the all-access slots.
I hope that way I will have time to actually plan and plot the stories and check everything works instead of... you know, churn them out at the last minute to keep up with my schedule.
Also because I have multiple other projects (work interviews, hopefully a Masters, more conventional stories, photography) and I want to be able to do all that.
(I also need to get better at managing my time, but that's another separate discussion)
In conclusion:
In Gumroad: There's a $5/month subscription. That's it.
In Sponsus: You can lower your subscription to $5/month and you won't miss a thing.
In both: you will get early access to Matt and the Hunters, and other hypno stories I post.
About Patreon...
I like some stories there but most of them are not the stories I want to tell and it shows. I have a harder time coming up with ideas and writing them, I'm always second-guessing myself on if they fit Patreon's terms.
And I can see the sparks are missing.
(My Patreon readers are just too kind to tell it to my face)
So I'm going to tone it down as much as I can. I will write on it when I'm able to, what I'm allowed to, without any strict schedule commitments because trying to juggle all that would just be too much.
(That also means that whatever I write there will be accessible to anyone who wants to support me there, but it will be only so often)
So for my Patreon readers (most of which have been waiting for Matt to return, I think) I suggest checking out the other platforms. That's where the action will be now.
But when his bro says it in that particular way, looking at him in the eyes, it's like those three letters form a key to an entire new world of wonder and possibilities.
This is you at your strongest, at your best, at your most glorious.
People think submitting makes you weak and pathetic, that no man who prizes himself would do that. They're wrong.
They don't know the value of what you're giving, because they don't know that you know it. You value your submission because you know its worth, and you don't give it lightly.
You know the strength and courage it takes to submit, you know how much you had to fight against yourself until you triumphed over the parts of you that were not a slave... when you lost, you won.
Patreon is not really a good platform for that, most interpretations of its terms of service ban hypno and that's why I will only post straight up submission stories there.
(Please read until the end before you make a choice here)
I know authors who manage to post hypno content there without trouble, but others that have been banned long ago, so I would prefer not to rely on them, even if what I post is fiction that doesn't feature any actual human beings.
So, right now I have two platforms that may work: Sponsus and Unlockd.
It’s that when he does it to me, I don’t want to resist. I lose my fighting spirit. I lose my will to even try. All I want to do is stay there and feel his strong body touching mine, making me submit.
When he does it to me I feel that he’s the real man and I’m just trying to catch up, he’s better and stronger than me in every way and I can’t help but submitting to him, let him do with me anything he wants.
At first we had our doubts... he was younger than us, smaller than us, he didn't look like he could lift his own arms above his head. How was he supposed to lead us? We thought just because of that, he was weak.
(Thread) Finding a potential alternative to Patreon.
I don't know how well known this is, but there's many roadblocks for independent adult content creators who try to make an income from it. Unless you're a big studio or associated with one, it can be very difficult.
A cause of this is because payment processors (probably pushed by moral panics of one kind of another) tend to pressure platforms to stay away from that kind of content.
Patreon shies away from adult content, and even OnlyFans, that used to be the cornerstone of independent adult content creators, is trying to "diversify" and move away from being seen as an adult or adult-only site.
