This is gut-wrenching.

The Lord is truly with Dominique Luzuriaga right now as she delivers her eulogy to her husband, slain NYPD Officer Jason Rivera.

Officer Rivera's widow says they had an argument the morning he was killed and expresses regret she didn't have him drive her home when they could have worked things out. And that was the last time she had saw or talked to him.

Officer Rivera's widow, Dominique Luzuriaga: "Dozens of people were surrounding me & yet, I felt alone. I couldn't believe you left me. Seeing you in that hospital bed wrapped up in sheets & not hearing you when I was talking to you broke me...I was lost. I'm still lost."

DOOCY TIME: "When you were asked about the Vice President, possibly being selected as a Supreme Court nominee, you say you're not going to speak to any considerations. Does that means she is being considered?"

Psaki refuses to talk about a "retirement that hasn't been announced"

Doocy: "Would someone who was an attorney general of a large state & who served w/many key Senate votes be an attractive candidate to the President for an open Supreme Court seat?"

Psaki: "I see what you did...[He] has every intention...of...running...w/[her] on the ticket."

Doocy: "Now that you...have submitted written responses to Russia's demands, they are saying if we do not receive a constructive answer...Moscow will take appropriate measures. Is that a threat? Appropriate measures?"

Psaki makes clear that "the aggressor here...is Russia"

DOOCY TIME: "Why is it that large numbers of single adult men are being released into the United States just hours after being apprehended at the southern border?"

Psaki: "Well I'm not sure the specifics of what you're referring to, Peter...."

Doocy: "You mentioned...they're supposed to check in at a local ICE office, but we know that just between large and August...DHS says more than 47,000...migrants that were given notices to report did not show up. So, why let them into the U.S. unsupervised in the first place?"

Doocy: "Biden met with President Putin in-person in June...He said...'It's clearly not in anybody's interested...for us to be in a situation where we're in a new Cold war, & I truly believe...he understands that.' Has the President changed his opinion about what Putin thinks?"

NEW: Peter Doocy reveals Biden called him "within an hour" after he called him "a stupid son of a b****": "[W]ithin about an hour of that...he called my cell phone & he just said, 'it's nothing personal, pal' & we went back and forth & we were talking about...moving forward."

Peter Doocy: "I made sure to tell [Biden] that I'm always going to try to ask something different than what everybody else is asking & he said, 'you've got to.' And that is the quote from the President, so I will keep doing it."

DOOCY TIME: "Does the President think it's a big deal that, today, the Dow Jones is down at one point, more than 1100 points?

Psaki: "Well, to start with, we focus on the trends in the economy, not any one day and any single indicator, unlike his predecessor."

Doocy: "On schools in Virginia, seven districts...are suing...to get a strict mask mandate that has rolled back by the new governor reinstated. Who does the President think knows best for students: School board members or parents?

Psaki says "public health officials" know best.

Doocy: "The law is...students should not have to wear masks if their parents say...they don't....If a parent wants to send their...kids to school with no mask, should the child be allowed to go to school and be in class?"

Psaki says "it's about keeping an entire community safe"
