General thoughts on Sweden...

External dark during winter. Almost everywhere 1500 seems like 0300.
Some places get 24 hours of darkness for weeks.

People are very unsocial. They tend to be in clicks that are usually formed from school, work, or other forced interactions

No matter what you do you will always be branded as a foreigner and there no way of escaping that. Even if born in Sweden with one or two foreign parents, or if having a non swedish name you will be always seen as a foreigner.

As a foreigner you are treated as a second class human. It is your fault for not understanding the way of things. It your fault for getting sick. As foreigner Sweden can not understand how qualified you are so no admission to higher education or work unless you start at bottom.

Swedes are not direct, they double speak and you will never know where you stand. No idea if they hate you or not. They will be nice at times and passive aggressive at other times. You have to figure out their bipolarity.

Political correctness is gone to an extreme that it cuts off any legitimate discussion for the fear of sounding racist. This force the conversation onto social media where traditional left wingers promote alt right agendas.

Resume with non swedish names are thrown in the bin but HR is not considered racist, rather the justification is pushed on to the victim, they are not hired because it would be uncomfortable for them to work around Swedes

Swedes are so afraid of conflict actual structural racism will be ignored in favour of degrading an easy target.

To have any form of social life you’re expected to drink heavily. If you not liking unhealthy amount of alcohol and being around drunk person then you will have no social life.

Sweden and Swedes are the masters of hypocrisy and double think. They claim to be humanitarian superpower yet one of the largest arms dealer to dictatorships and their state pensions are heavily invested in corrupt companies in dictatorships.

Brag about amazing labor laws but go overseas and have people working in sweatshop like conditions

Taking in a ton of refugees only to not hire them, put them on welfare and send them off into ghettos while bragging about being an open country

Claim to be healthy and fit population obsessed with going to gyms, eating healthy, and staying in shape. Yet eat the most amount of meat, poisonous fish, and chewing tobacco in Europe.

Claim to be gender neutral and support feminism. But still reinforce traditional sexist roles, still have pay gaps, and women still valued by their looks. Botox, fillers, and other image based alterations not only encouraged but heavily subsidized by tax money

There is no real desire to integrate non western foreigners. Swedes talk the loudest about how the refugees and other foreigners need to “Integrate” but by and large ignore them unless they are the “Right” kind of immigrant

Quite frankly some people are such blatant assholes with no respect for anyone they can only last in Sweden because no one has the courage to kick their ass and the foreigners that would have zero desires to get deported.

Most Swedes believe the live such privileged backgrounds and simply cannot and will not connect with the problems many people in the world face. Reality it a manufactured delusion Sweden is poor country pretend otherwise and brainwash people to think they are exceptional.

Claim to be for free speech and freedom of press, but any dissenting opinions of government will not be covered by any press as they are funded by the government. Instead the press will work on slandering your name and equate you to a foreign agent

Most companies stuck in 1950 model if short term sales. No strategic outlook, no customer service, no true legal compliance with Europe. Rather numbers are forged, auditing system in place to obscure and cover up, and legal rules always interpreted based incompetent views

Sweden hold science with such high regard but only when it matches their ideology. When it comes to marijuana, they not interested in research that nit support their preconceived ideas. Same for covid-19, and others.

Swedes pretend to have spiritual awareness and claim doing yoga or going to India as proof. But no open mindedness in discussion of philosophy instead the focus is materialistic things to prove they are spiritual. At end of day Sweden is image over substance.

Sweden systemic rejection of EU while still being a EU members. The rejection clearly shown by disrespect for EU rule, mobility of EU citizens and an ultimate prohibition of fiscal accounting in Sweden even though they get EU money.
