Financial Update

1. Total Income ₹52.1Cr, Revenue from operation ₹43.4Cr.
2. Ebitda ₹16.7Cr, Margins 39%.
3. Pat ₹18.5Cr, PAT Margin 36%.
4. Cash and Cash Equivalents ₹389.6 Cr.
5. Total Income for 9M FY22 was ₹174 Cr, Revenue from operation for 9M FY22 was ₹143.4Cr, growth of 37% YOY.
6. Revenue Breakup for 9M FY22- Automotive & Mobile Tech- ₹74Cr, 7. Consumer Tech & Enterprise digital transformation- ₹69 Cr
8. Product Segment for 9M FY22- Platform & IOT- ₹91Cr, Map & Data- ₹52Cr.
9. Ebitda ₹62.7Cr, against ₹33.7Cr 87% YOY growth Margins of 37%
10.Ebitda Margins 44% for 9M FY22.
11.For 9M FY22 - Pat ₹65.2Cr, PAT Margin 37%.
Business Update

1. Q3 was impacted because sales of automotive OEMs were impacted because of semiconductor shortage, which in turn impacted the revenue of the company.

2. As the supply chain recovers quarterly revenues will get normalized.
3. B2B B2B2C revenue contracts that they get are milestone based wherein revenue gets recognized at specific time frames which makes quarterly numbers lumpy. Right way to look at the numbers are on a YOY basis and not quarterly basis.
4. European 4 wheeler OEM went live with MapMyIndia for in-vehicle navigation.

5. Two 2 wheelers OEMS rolling out with mapmyindia to power their connected vehicles and turn by navigation.

6. EV infrastructure & mobility OEM went live with MapMyIndia for battery pack monitoring
7. MapMyIndia shared mobility platform adopted by a leading taxi company.

8. The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways signed a MoU with MapMyIndia for integrating information of accident prone road stretches and promoting MapMyIndia app.
9. Bajaj Finance super app went live with MapMyIndia to power consumer facing mapping services, and for location enhanced digital transformation.
10. QSR company adopted MapMyIndia for evaluating and selecting restaurant sites based on MapMyIndia geospatial data and analytics platform.

11. Government health agency selected MapMyIndia to power GIS (Geospatial Information Services) & location based services.
12. Consumer durables brand adopted MapMyIndia for field workforce management.

13. MapMyIndia released its Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) solution which can optimize field and fleet operations.
14. MapMyIndia now offers end-to-end drone solutions to customers.
Company acquired a 9.99% stake in Puplimest Pvt Ltd, an automotive tech and augmented reality metaverse tech company for 49.95 Lakhs.
It has 2 Products : Navisor (IoT device to fit with helmet) and Armor (Augmented Reality Handset).

15. Company board also to consider and approve the declaration of interim dividend for the FY 2021-22.
16. Company gave 92 Lakh worth of ESOP this quarter.

17. Company is evaluating and pursuing inorganic opportunities that will help them expand further in the IoT and logistics tech space, as well as in the automotive and augmented reality metaverse tech space.

1. Revenue growth was at 6%. EBITDA margins were at 22.7% which tracks with their full year guidance despite increased RM and freight costs.
The cost increases were offset by increased share of the complex and chronic launches, continuous rigor on cost control and operating efficiencies.
2. One India reported 13% growth YoY. The core prescription business in India excluding COVID grew strongly by 16% YoY. The branded prescription business is on track to achieve the $1 Billion mark

Operational Highlights

1. Revenues from operations stood at ₹394 Cr in Q3FY21 with gross margins at 26.64% and EBITDA margins at 15.32%
2. The rise in input cost was overcome as a result of cost improvement.

3. Addition of ₹2.2Cr one time exceptional expense for Mahad overflooded facility
Insurance claims are expected and will be reflected in March FY23

4. Fourth quarter is expected to be much better.
5. Galaxmusk and camphor are huge volume products and will be sold initially in the spot market as most of the requirement by customers is in the second half.Volumes will be reflected in next few quarter as top 25 clients enter annual contracts

1. Revenue for the quarter was ₹5320 Cr ($715 million). Growth of 8% YoY and declined 8% sequentially. YoY growth is due to good performance across all segments.
2. Sequential decline due to high base in Q2 which had a higher contribution from COVID related products.

3. Gross Profit margin for the quarter was 53.8%, increase of 40 bps QoQ. Gross margins for Global Generics were at 57.8% and PSAI were 22.5%.
4. SG&A spend for the quarter was ₹1541 Cr ($207 million). Increase of 7% YoY and decline of 3% QoQ. YoY increase is due to business expansion and increased spend on sales and marketing activities.

2. The companies gross margins are at 60% and has increased 39% YoY
3. EBITDA margins stood at 26.2% grew at 37% YoY, PAT grew by 25% YoY
4. The ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) stood ar 683 cr
5. The Collection in Q3 were 485 cr, Collection days / DSO stood at 129 days
6. The company has zero debt and cash stands at 431 cr as of Dec 21.
7. SaaS Subscription revenue is up by 113% YoY at 89 cr
8. Licenses revenue is up by 23% YoY at 112cr
9. AMC stood at 82 cr, grew 11% YoY
10. On YTD basis 57% of the revenues are license linked and 43% is Implementation revenue.

1. Apollo Pharmacies has signed an agreement with Amazon to list their pharmacy products on amazon.in
2. Apollo already has its own healthcare platform called Apollo 24/7 which offers secure on-line consults, consultation bookings and medicine orders from an Apollo Pharmacy close to their home for delivery at their doorstep in two hours.
Apollo 24/7 has over 30 million registered users.

3. Their omnichannel network generates over 200 million prescriptions annually. With Amazon’s partnership they intend to grow this by 50% over the next 2 years.
