Dear @SenWhitehouse:

The Supreme Court will soon have 2 more Black members than your beach club.

Does your pal Jeffrey Catalan belong to your all-white beach club?

Black women senators?

0 of 100.

Only 2 in U.S. history.

The top 2 @SenateDems are 2 white men --@SenSchumer & @SenatorDurbin -- from Deep Blue States (New York and Illinois).

For the sake of diversity, why don't they allow Democrat governors to replace them with Black women?
ICYMI:

In January 2021, @SenFeinstein was in line to become the first woman to chair the Senate Judiciary Committee.

But @SenSchumer shoved her aside for an old white man (@SenatorDurbin).

She hit the @SenateDems' glass ceiling.

The excuse?

@SenateDems whispered that @SenFeinstein is losing her mind.

But they had no problem putting an old white dude who’s losing his mind (@JoeBiden) in the much-more consequential presidency.

Leftwing activists have long been angry that Justice Clarence Thomas escaped their plantation—and Ginni Thomas never worked in their kitchen.

Ginni is a great American patriot, just like CT.

And he doesn’t pretend to own his wife.

She’s a conservative, who thinks for herself. Image
Democrats pretend they want more diversity on the federal bench.

Then viciously attack women and minority judicial nominees—and sitting judges, like Justice Clarence Thomas (now even his wife)—who aren’t reliable leftwing judicial activists.

This is all about power. Period.

🧵
Dear “Mainstream” (Liberal) Reporters:

Nothing to see here, right?

Too busy harassing Justice Clarence Thomas for his wife’s personal political views?

Amen.

Democrat politicians demanded better treatment for terrorists in Gitmo than goofballs who took selfies in the Senate.

They cheered on much-more deadly and damaging “mostly peaceful protests.”

They’re abusing Americans in jail for a year—without even holding their trials.

For nearly 2 years, Senate Democrats — including Joe Biden — filibustered the nomination of then-California Supreme Court Justice Janice Rogers Brown to the D.C. Circuit.

She likely would have been the first Black female Justice.

Democrats only pretend to care about diversity.
Don’t believe me?

At @Article3Project, we kept the receipts.

.@ossoff likes to parade himself around as a golden child for reform around whether Members of Congress should own stock, but come on.

According to his latest financial disclosure, he owns MILLIONS in Apple stock.
Technically, he put his stocks in a blind trust, so technically he might not know exactly how much Apple stock he owns on any given day.

But we know, and he knows, that he likely still owns millions in Apple stock.
How do we know?

Because his blind-trust friends probably won’t want to stick him with a HUGE tax bill by selling all that stock.

And by the way, it should be pretty clear to him on tax day (and us, if he is willing to disclose his return) whether they did or not.

President Biden’s likely top 2 Supreme Court contenders:

1. DC Circuit Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson (51):

Harvard; Harvard Law; clerked for Justice Stephen Breyer; DC federal trial judge (2013-21); elevated to DC Circuit a year ago; legal analysis like Justice Sonia Sotomayor
2. California Supreme Court Justice Leondra Kruger (45):

Harvard; Yale Law; clerked for Justice John Paul Stevens; a former top Supreme Court counsel to President Obama; appointed to her court in 2015; reportedly declined to be Biden’s SG; legal analysis like Justice Elena Kagan
