“Boebert said she received her GED — a high school equivalency diploma — after completing a four-course review.” Not her 4th try, but it sounds like she was given a GED after finishing a review course and not testing. coloradosun.com/2020/09/16/lau…
Favorite quote: “a restaurant related to her Shooters Grill in Rifle served pork sliders that were responsible for sickening 80 people with diarrhea at the 2017 Rifle Rodeo.”
Another paper claims she received her GED “until May of [2020] about a month before the June primaries and five months after entering the race.” coloradopols.com/diary/146439/j…
“According to 2 Pueblo retired military vets who have formed a pac opposing Boebert’s candidacy, the congressional candidate didn’t actually get her GED degree until May of this year, about a month before the June primaries and five months after entering the race.”
Sorry, I’m down a Boebert rabbithole. Did you know her husband spent time in jail for lewd exposure after exposing himself to two young women. salon.com/2021/08/31/lau…
Boebert was 17 and at the bowling alley for this. “Jayson Boebert pleaded guilty to public indecency and lewd exposure, earning himself four days in jail and two years’ probation.” nypost.com/2021/01/16/gop…
Why do evangelicals like Russia? Russia has a higher abortion rate and few go to church. So maybe it’s Russia’s extreme anti-LGBTQ views or their embrace of authoritarianism? Maybe it’s bc they are an overwhelmingly white country with little diversity? politico.com/magazine/story…
There is this weird belief by evangelicals that Russia has an ideology that is compatible with them. It does not. Russias only goal is the removal of the United States from the world stage, and they will use anyone who helps them achieve that.
“In the same sense that Russia’s [anti-LGBT] laws came about in 2013, we’ve seen similar sorts of laws proposed in Tennessee, for example,”
Hearing reports and off-the-record discussions that Lamay, the WA trooper who refused to get vaxxed and told @GovInslee to “kiss his ass” and then contracted COVID, has taken a turn for the worse. Have reached out for official comment from several sources.
A @wastatepatrol spokesperson tells me they have no further information beyond saying “at this point, the only thing we can and should say is that we hold him and his family in our thoughts and prayers during such a sad and difficult time.”
Reached out to @Sessler, who is running for Congress and was recently endorsed by Mike Flynn, for comment. Lamay campaigned with Sessler after leaving the troopers.
Speaking to intelligence and military sources as tensions rise between Russia and the U.S., they worry of an unintended event that could lead to rapid and uncontrolled escalation. newsweek.com/ukraine-war-wi…
Back in 2014 a Russian supplied SAM operated by Russian separatists shot down a civilian airliner. As Russian forces go on alert the risk of a repeat of this climbs. bbc.com/news/world-eur…
While the militaries of both side would not purposefully begin something. It is not hard to see how a Russian commander could mistake an aircraft, in international airspace heading towards them, as an attack. It happened in Iran. newsweek.com/iranians-shot-…
In 2017 @MollyMcKew testified in a Senate hearing on Russian disinfo. Her bio claim she worked for the Moldovan govt. I asked Moldova to confirm McKew’s claim, and they could find no record she’d worked or advised the Moldovan PM or govt.
She testified that she would share her “experiences countering Russian information warfare”, yet she never does. Instead giving opinion without, explaining why her opinion is a qualified one and just rehashing publicly reported things.
there is another problem, McKew has never held a clearance, meaning she’s never had access or worked on classified info - making her claim of exp w Russian disinfo dubious. Another red flag is her lack of academic experience in the discipline - even as she continue to teach.
In 2008, at Wayne NJ Hooters, my GRU case officer gave me this hand written diagram of, what Russia believed, were US classification codes. My current access is noted, and the Russians were keen for me to have higher access as I became an intel officer. Quick thread #Ukraine
The Russians were interested in MILITARY intelligence/information. There is only ONE main reason you collect MILITARY intelligence, it’s to understand an adversaries capabilities to gain an advantage in CONFLICT. The RUSSIANS were looking to be prepared for CONFLICT with the US.
This isn’t some conjecture or speculation, rather, I was there. I saw it I lived it. The GRU promised me a retirement account and I became a made man. They did this bc somebody who had access to military secrets was a HUGE asset to them.
I hesitate writing this, bc it really goes nowhere. There is racism in national security. Tucker is an easy one to identify. But, folks, I am the only one out there who actually successfully worked against the Russian military. You’d think my phone would be blowing up. It’s not.
I’ve been warning about Russia since the day I got on tv. That isn’t based from academic work or studying them, it’s based on sitting face-to-face with them. You’d think that would add some gravitas to my opinion.
This isn’t some “feel sorry for me” tweet. But there is a real problem in the natsec circles here. I’ve watched people lie about credentials and get pushed forward. If you take people from the same circles, you’ll never learn anything new.
