➡️ Numbers at least half and totally irresponsible for an official body to be making up statistics which others are quoting

Children do die from Covid lets not hide that fact, but its rare, in particular for those with no other health problems.
The video also makes spurious claims on hospital admissions too.

Her claims on hospitalisation also fail to give any context.

To make informed choices, parents need to have facts, and not ones that mislead, be that deliberate or not.

🚨🚨 Between Mar 20 & Dec 21 there were 140,831 deaths registered due to #Covid19

◾️ 39 were among children aged 0 to 15 accounting for 0.03% of Covid deaths. Over the same period 6,123 children died from all causes.

◾️ 87.3% of Covid deaths were in people aged 65 and over

Hi @TwitterSupport I did a fact check if an NHS Doctor putting out false information on a broadcast last night.

I linked to the official Government data in the thread.

Can you explain why you have stopped replies and people sharing claiming its misinformation?
The post makes no claims on the effectivness of vaccines and just points out the official UK Government agency data which is contrary to the false claims by a doctor that noone dies from when vaccinated @TwitterSupport
This what was said which is contrary to the information put out in the tweet of mine.

➡️ Deaths with Covid within 28 days, 78% had a vaccine & 70% admitted to hospital vaccinated
Both of his claims are completely false you can find the data referred to in the previous tweet in the UKHSA report (pages 44 and 45).

They are based on the data in the 4 weeks from week 52 of 2021 to week 3 of 2022.

Two people with similar characteristics you are less likely to be admitted if vaccinated (and die) but it varies significantly depending on personal circumstances.

But medics claiming you do not die if vaccinated when most of the deaths are in this group is irresponsible.

🚨🚨 The reduction in #Covid19 cases in Wales in recent weeks has stopped and around 34.5% of the tests carried out are coming back positive.

There are now over twice as many empty ventilated hospital beds in Wales as there are patients with Covid in them. Image
60% of the patients in general hospital beds with #Covid19 in Wales are not in because of it and many would have caught it in hospital.

🚨🚨 Since the start of the pandemic, Wales and England have exactly the same death rate involving Covid-19.

➡️ This despite all the different policies at different times

➡️ Wales has been higher than England the past 4 months

💥 This is the only proper comparison to make
England saw Covid-19 hit first and had the highest rate for the first few months.

Since the policy on restrictions became devolved after the first lockdown Wales has fared worse while having tougher restrictions.
