Only it seems Sen. Tim Knopp (R, Bend) just dropped SB 1541 (which would have robbed tax revenues from last year's Measure 110) after .. presumably a cacophony of incredulous rage from all corners. He'll "revisit next year" instead. Cool cool cool.

Just one year ago Oregon Measure 110 decriminalized 'personal use' amounts of drugs and directed tax revenues from marijuana sold in OR towards a new "Drug Treatment & Recovery Fund". The fund was expected to receive roughly $229m in 2021-2023. For drug treatment and recovery.
