Presidential candidate Abella: Mayamang bayan tayo. In spite of that, we also have 26 million Filipinos below poverty level.
Presidential candidate Abella: Hindi ito makatarungan. Hindi ito tama. Dapat ito ay mabigyang tugon at mabago.
Presidential candidate Abella takes pride of his experience as a pastor, educator, social entrepreneur, and govt worker: Nakita ko na pwedeng mabago ang tao. Pag nabago ang tao, pwedeng mabago ang komunidad. Kapag nabago ang komunidad, pwede ring mabago ang bayan. (1/2)
Presidential candidate Abella: Ang Pilipinas ay pwedeng maging isang bayang makatarungan, mapayapa, at masaya. (2/2)

Presidential candidate Abella: We cannot keep going to EDSA in order to correct our nation. It must be a process of participation in the everyday life of our community and our nation.
Abella says if he will be elected president, he will continue the 10-point socioeconomic agenda of the Duterte administration.

Abella served as the presidential spokesperson of the Duterte admin from 2016-2017 and an undersecretary at the Dept of Foreign Affairs from 2017-2021.
Abella: We can build on the past successes of our past governments and build today and build on tomorrow, so that we can ensure continuity in our progress and economy.

- Ensure security of land tenure to encourage investments
- Housing incentives for MSMEs willing to move to agri tourism projects
- Boost projects to support MSMEs

(1/2)

- Invest in arts and entertainment, to be a marketing arm for export industry
- Lower energy costs

Presidential candidate Abella pushes for the creation of a "national volunteers corps" to reignite the Filipinos' sense of nationalism.
Up next in the Comelec e-rally is presidential candidate and labor leader Ka Leody De Guzman
De Guzman pushes for an economic system that will benefit all Filipinos, not only the rich.

The labor leader says this can be achieved if the national govt will support farmers and fishermen.
For his labor platforms, De Guzman bats for empowerment of workers such as relaxed rules of organizing unions, ending contractualization, and increase of salary in provinces in par with the figure in Metro Manila.
De Guzman reiterates his call to repeal the Rice Tariffication Law, which burdens the poor.

The law allows unlimited rice imports in the country, and was signed by Pres. Duterte in Nov. 2019 in a bid to lower rice prices in the market.
De Guzman also mentions his primary platform of imposing a wealth tax for the rich to solve social inequality in PH: Yung wealth tax na yan, hindi nila ikahihirap dahil bilyun-bilyon ang kanilang yaman. Kung tutuusin ngayong pandemya, kumita pa sila.
De Guzman also wants to repeal the automatic debt appropriation law to scrutinize the debts that the government made.

As of December 2021, the country's outstanding debts total ₱11.72 trillion
De Guzman bats for autonomy among indigenous groups in the country: Irespeto natin ang kanilang pagpasya sa kanilang sarili.
De Guzman calls for an "independent" foreign policy and for government to overtake ownership of basic social services
De Guzman stresses the importance of solving climate change in PH such as more reliance on renewable energy

Serapio bats for a spiritual and political leadership in the government, which he can offer if he will be elected as vice president.
Serapio, the VP bet of Katipunan ng Kamalayang Kayumanggi, advocates for changing the Constitution to revise the country's political system.
Serapio says he has been involved with several political parties advocating for the shift of the current government to federalism.
Serapio wants to end "political insanity" in the country: Itigil na ang kahibangan, kahangalan, at kabaliwan ng paulit-ulit, paikot-ikot, at pabalik-balik na pulitika. Bagong sistema, bagong pag-asa
Serapio reiterates his earlier stand of pushing for a federal system of government and to organize a Constitutional Convention to change the country's form of government.
Vice presidential bet Lito Atienza, running mate of Manny Pacquiao, takes pride of the country's vast natural resources in his opening salvo in the Comelec e-campaign rally: Hindi tayo dapat naghihirap sapagkat hindi tayo pinabayaan ng kalikasan at ng Panginoong Diyos kailanman.
Atienza: We need to wake up to the reality that we can be a very wealthy nation. We don't need to go abroad para magtrabaho sa ibang bansa.
Atienza did not present any personal platforms in his speech, as he spent most of his time explaining why Pacquiao should be voted for president: We have to unite and wake up to the reality. Vote for the right man, and that's Manny Pacquiao. Lito Atienza, kasama niya.
Former Ifugao congressman and senatoriable Teddy Baguilat is next in presenting his plans for the country.

Baguilat is running under the senatorial slate of Leni Robredo and Kiko Pangilinan.
Baguilat, a native of the Cordilleras, vows he will be the voice of the indigenous people if he wins a Senate seat: Ang karapatan ng karamihan ay karapatan ng minorya.
Baguilat says he will enact laws to strengthen the country's agriculture industry and farmers' welfare, to stop the effects of climate change, and to protect lands from "irresponsible" mining.
Former Bayan Muna Party-list Rep. and senatoriable Neri Colmenares takes pride of the laws he passed such as social pension increase, Disaster Alerts Law, labor and agrarian reforms.
Colmenares: I can look people straight in the eyes and say na, ako pinaglalaban ko kayo. May eleksyon man, o walang eleksyon.
Aasenso Partylist vows to push for laws for peasants and laborers, if they will win a seat in the Congress.

The group claims they are endorsed by the Labor Party of the Philippines, which supports the presidential bid of former Sen. Bongbong Marcos.
ARISE Partylist 1st nominee and incumbent Sorsogon Board Member Arze Glipo says the group will push for laws that will provide jobs for Filipinos and lower food prices amid the pandemic, if they will win a seat in Congress.
ABS Partylist seeks re-election in the 2022 elections.

The group's third nominee Bienvenido Gruba points out they are pushing for every Filipino family to have a professional.
ABS Partylist 3rd nominee Gruba says the group hopes to strengthen the public schools' educational curriculum, funds for school laboratories, and free education in state universities and colleges.
Comelec ends the second day of its virtual e-rally for national post candidates in the 2022 polls.
The political ads of vice presidential candidate and presidential daughter Sara Duterte and senatoriable Gringo Honasan were shown during the e-rally, but the candidates themselves failed to show up personally.
