I always look for TIMING 'coincidences'

There is a DETAIL coincidence relating to Bannon, which may explain his sudden 180 degree turn to attack Trump now

His attorneys revealed there are 3 prosecutors & 4 FBI agents investigating Bannon (only 1 needed if Contempt of Congress)
The coincidence point:

Bannon KNEW to expect the criminal charge about Contempt of Congress. He may even have thought, I can handle 2 months in prison

He PROBABLY had not known, there is a team of SEVEN investigating his OTHER CRIMES already in DOJ

I believe this scared Bannon
When Bannon SAW what DOJ brought against him the first time he was convicted, Bannon KNOWS the DOJ is serious, they will toss his ass into prison. He tried to fight them and lost

then BEGGED Trump for a pardon which he got

Now Bannon has no other way out than flip

Quick comment on Bannon

So he suddenly says Trump is 1 of 3 worst US Presidents in history. Bannon KNOWS this will set Trump off and cause vicious attacks against Bannon, yet he said it

My take is after Bannon got his pardon, Bannon knew, he will split with Trump & now happened
What is bizarre is that Bannon was so stupid to take the prison time that the Congress subpoena into DOJ criminal charge leads. His case is a near-slam dunk and it faces minimum 1 month, up to 1 year in prison. This for a guy who got a PARDON
If Bannon was to flip on Trump, why not flip 2 months earlier and not go to prison. That was really really dumb

BUT it tells me, Bannon did not know what caused him to now 'urgently' flip. Something likely happend past few days/hours to cause this

Please understand. Democrats can NOT be forced to clean up Republican garbage. BUT if Republican leadership demand a vote to invoke Section 3 of 14th Amendment - the DEMs will JOIN that

It has to be GOP who clean up their mess. Their Trump

It is technically possible to invoke 14th Amendment against Trump & his mob in Congress. That CANNOT be the Democrats who do that

Republicans HAD their chance to vote against Trump about Jan 6 - in second IMPEACHMENT

Under NO circumstance can we let Democrats start to clean up after Mitch McTurtle's turd (aka Trump). If Democrats suggested 14th Amendment, it will be used by GOP to win elections claiming political persecution

It could go either of 2 ways... Short thread
Whichever faction breaks off, it will initially be the smaller slice. If sane side of GOP breaks off to launch new conservative party while Trump has the maganutters, this rump conservative party will wither & di, & their last remnants crawl back into GOP

If so, GOP pain is LONG
If the Maganutters, Nazis, Sexists and true Trumpists break off - like Trump threatened, he will launch his own party - that CAN survive, because of gerrymandering and fanaticism on the edge. They would be smalle than sane GOP but a genuine third party - the US Nazi Party
