1/ Stunning high resolution illustrations by German biologist and artist Ernst Haeckel (1834-1919) from his 1904 book "Art forms in nature" (Kunstformen der Natur). These drawings of flora and fauna influenced the Art Nouveau movement. It's not hard to see why and how. A THREAD:
