2) Generate as much value from your assets and work with a lawyer to prioritize disbursements; employees always come first
3) Dissolving the business is only one part; you must also take care of tax and regulatory filings and terminate contracts.
4) People won't trust you as much as they do before
5) You will face lot's of calls and tention.
6) You might lost confidence and You might stop believing in yourself.
