The below thread made me think about strategy - something I know a bit about.

A critical mistake is assuming the enemy has the same priorities you do

2/ If two countries of similar priorities go to war, this isn’t a big problem

But when two nations with WAY different cultures go to war, it’s different

Ex: our people generally want the live

If our enemy REALLY thinks dying sends them to Heaven

how does that change the war?

3/ You’ll often see dumb MSM heads saying “That’s not really what they believe, it’s a racist presumption-“

No, it IS what they believe, & the MSM is racist/condescending by saying that

But you see how this one simple (MASSIVE) difference causes problems

1/ VIRAL SLEEP TECHNIQUE

A TikTok viral video showed a sleeping method

Claimed to send you to dreamland within 5 minutes

I’m a lifelong insomniac

Last night I tried it and I was *out*

So rather than send you, I just wanted to write it out in an easily followed format :)

2/ FIRST: Lay down comfortably

Start relaxing/releasing the muscles in your face (all of them; jaw, forehead)

Relax the neck & shoulders & chest

Once you get to the chest,

Visualize the heart spreading warmth out to your fingertips & down to your stomach, legs, & feet

2/ then, once you’ve done that, visualize you’re in a peaceful place

Like in a hammock or a boat staring at the night sky

Critical: whenever your mind thinks (good or bad things), just mentally repeat

“Don’t think. Don’t think.” Ten times total, for any thought
