As ED described it the sole motive of this charity was cheating donors in a very systematic & pr-planned manner. Ayyub has got done FD of 50L in father's name almost when the said amount was collected during 1st campaign in May'20 itself.

And then started a series of tall claims & photo-ops. Rana claimed to provide relief to 70K families & sent 10K migrants home, 8 tonnes of food, 80K ltr milk, 50K ltr oil, 50k kg dal, 100k kg flour, 700 PPE kits etc. The estimation of such relief work would be in crores.

One month of relief to 15K families would cost with rough est 4.5Cr (with just 100/- per day of a family of 4 members).

RA claimed to sent 10K migrants from Mum to UP, BHR, MP (rough est would be 37.5L). However, NO bills were produced to ED/I-T that of transport.

Shockingly the total sum of relife (for which the bills produces were of Taurpolin sheets and grain) was just 40L.

The biggest lie was, in Aug'20 claimed that "all funds are exhausted & donate more", while 50L FD & 57L unutilized funds are reported at the same time by ED.

Check the campaign 'updates' & donation appeal exploiting human misery during pandemic (underlined) , and that how funds were collected in name of poorest of poor, migrant, backward caste, farmers, slum dwellers & minority.

"50L FD to earmark hospital & earn interest" when ppl were dying of starvation (as per one tweet).
"My PAN not available" but sister's one was arranged who live abroad"
"Hospital refused to accept a 90L donation bcz I writes against govt."

Every fiction story falls flat in front of simple arithmetic. The most hilarious argument is that 74.5L donation was made to CM/PM Care funds because "funds were unutilized", even during deadly second wave? And that too same PM Care you questioned day & night.

During fundraising, even religious sentiments were invoked to appeal donors, where 2.7Cr was raised in total in three caomapigns and just 40L assumed to be could be proved as spent on said purpose in 2 years.

Now two dead arguments would come:
A. Paid to I-T: Why a vocal & popular jorno couldn't get a NGO? If not then its perceived income. Moreover it was paid (after initial denial) post-investigation only. The fundraiser in question here is not that unaware naive.

B. Funded CM/PM Care- doesn't satisfy specific fundraising purpose. It was an 'afterthought' at dead end. For all logic 99% ppl who donated Ayyub WON'T donate PM Care & vice versa. Can't deny possibility of 1% aliens. It is an undeniable breach of the trust of donors.

At last, agencies would do their job but this charity scandal has set worst precedence for fundraisers, donors, & platform, where 'fame' can be misused and emotions can be exploited during a pandemic. Such cases deprive actual needy as ppl apprehend to donate further.

Ack team during this investigation @AgentVinod03 and @tigerAkD, @MODIfiedVikas, @Rajput_Ramesh for rigorous follow up through RTIs, FIR, all legal perspective and bringing this expose at the national mainstream level.

The case will be echoed for a long.

Pls note that though the explanation was provided for 40L relief spent, as per IT Assessment this could be tuned to 28L and the invoices that didn't match the claim could be spent on 'personal expenses'.

IN THAT CASE THE RELIEF SPENT IS JUST 10%.
