Clinton campaign paid to 'infiltrate' Trump Tower, White House servers to link Trump to Russia: Durham foxnews.com/politics/clint…
Who is Tech Executive 1?
Tech Executive-1’s employer, Internet Company-1, had come to access and maintain dedicated servers for the EOP as part of a sensitive arrangement whereby it provided DNS resolution services to the EOP.

The "Tech Executive" in the Durham filing is Rodney L. Joffe former Cyber Security officer at Neustar Inc
Joffe's direct point of contact with the Hillary campaign was Jake Sullivan
Jake Sullivan is currently serving as the National Security advisor
The #Durham conflict of interest motion was well written, and shows the direct connection with the #Clinton campaign that the investigation has led. #Latham has a clear conflict of interest so strong that the judge might rule against Sussman's choice of attorney.

The premiere medical journal, The BMJ writes:
“Today, despite the global rollout of covid-19 vaccines and treatments, the anonymised participant level data underlying the trials for these new products remain inaccessible to doctors, researchers, and the public...
“This is morally indefensible for all trials, but especially for those involving major public health interventions.
Transparency is the key to building trust and an important route to answering people’s legitimate questions about the efficacy & safety of vaccines and treatments
“The public has paid for covid-19 vaccines through vast public funding of research... The public, therefore, has a right and entitlement to those data, as well as to the interrogation of those data by experts. bmj.com/content/376/bm…
The government violates the First Amendment when it attempts to require private companies to impose viewpoint-based speech restrictions which the government itself would be constitutionally barred from imposing.
For the same reasons that the Constitution prohibits the government from dictating what information we can see and read (outside narrow limits), it also prohibits the government from using its immense authority to coerce private actors into censoring on its behalf.
In Norwood v. Harrison (1973), the Court declared it “axiomatic” — a basic legal principle — that Congress “may not induce, encourage or promote private persons to accomplish what it is constitutionally forbidden to accomplish.” greenwald.substack.com/p/congress-esc…

“Our nation asks the men and women in our military to serve, suffer, and sacrifice.
But we do not ask them to lay aside their citizenry and give up the very rights they have sworn to protect.
In this case, members of the military seek protection under those very freedoms...” 2/x

5 Reasons why children must be considered already vaccinated: 1. The virus uses the ACE 2 receptor to gain entry to the host cell, and the ACE 2 receptor has limited (less) expression and presence in the nasal epithelium in young children childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/paul-…

What went wrong with Hawaiʻi's response to COVID, @GovHawaii?
While Hawaiʻi has one of the lowest case rates in the US, there are/were several things we can/could have done better. 1/6🧵
#1 Issue: Stopping the use of testing upon arrival of tourists and returning residents.
Once the vaccine was available, we no longer tested passengers and accepted vax proof as being proof that people were not infected. 2/6
