The #Durham conflict of interest motion was well written, and shows the direct connection with the #Clinton campaign that the investigation has led.
#Latham has a clear conflict of interest so strong that the judge might rule against Sussman's choice of attorney.

The government violates the First Amendment when it attempts to require private companies to impose viewpoint-based speech restrictions which the government itself would be constitutionally barred from imposing.
For the same reasons that the Constitution prohibits the government from dictating what information we can see and read (outside narrow limits), it also prohibits the government from using its immense authority to coerce private actors into censoring on its behalf.
In Norwood v. Harrison (1973), the Court declared it “axiomatic” — a basic legal principle — that Congress “may not induce, encourage or promote private persons to accomplish what it is constitutionally forbidden to accomplish.”

What went wrong with Hawaiʻi's response to COVID, @GovHawaii?
While Hawaiʻi has one of the lowest case rates in the US, there are/were several things we can/could have done better. 1/6🧵
#1 Issue: Stopping the use of testing upon arrival of tourists and returning residents.
Once the vaccine was available, we no longer tested passengers and accepted vax proof as being proof that people were not infected. 2/6
.@LtGovJoshGreen and our DoH for followed the CDC/Fauci recommendations to a T, nothing more, nothing less.
As a state in the union we have 100% control of healthcare in our state.3/6
