#1 Issue: Stopping the use of testing upon arrival of tourists and returning residents.

The @HawaiiDOH has not suggested #earlytreatment, there are many off-label early/prophylaxis treatments, including vitamins and sunshine(Vita D), the latest, Fluvoxamine is now being pushed @DrEricDing, a mainstream epidemiologist. 4/6

Some deaths could have been prevented with #earlytreatment, others, viral loads lessened, plus contacts given #earlytreatment would not have spread the disease for as long or as wide.
