3/ Per the NYT, internal chats suggest Biggs “was in communication with the group’s chairman, Enrique Tarrio, on the night before the assault.” (In 2019, Stone wld tell the judge presiding over his perjury trial that Tarrio was one of his ‘volunteers’ who was often at his house.)
4/ “In an InfoWars video, Biggs bragged about assaulting Gregory Johnson, a protester who was burning an American flag outside the RNC, as was Johnson’s First Amendment right per a landmark free speech case decided by the Supreme Court in Johnson’s favor in 1989.”
5/ Biggs, a supposed proponent of “free speech,” rushed to “attack [Johnson]. Jumping a police line, he ripped the man’s shirt off and ‘started pounding,’ [Biggs] boasted that night in an online video,” as the New York Times later reported.
