Mandatory Grounds for Refusal of extradition under the Nigeria law.

Section 3 subsection 11, No 9 of the Nigerian extradition law states that

“Extradition application will be rejected where the fugitive criminal has been charged with an offence, under Nigerian law, #abbakyari

other than the offence for which his surrender is sought, but has neither been discharged nor acquitted of the charge.”

NDLEA vs our intelligence

After the Police commission headed by Rtd IG Smith asked the police to conclude Mr. Aba Kyari's case.

1) Abba Kyari was caught bribing NDLEA officers. But no arrest was made. The video was released to the Media, and he was immediately declared Wanted.

Then today the police arrested him and his arrest picture shows him unruffled with his earphones in place .
Next chapter, no one can extradite Mr. Kyari for now. He is under investigation in Nigeria #abbakyari
