They seem to suggest that a culture is real only if the origins are opaque (white ethnic identities, African tribes) or if it was forced on a group (Blackness on sundry African tribes).

But what if a child was born to white supremacist parents? Their culture is fake because

white culture isn't real like Irish culture. It was invented by racists and/or it encompasses cultural traits that can be shared by non-whites. So even if you're born into a culture and believe it's real, it can still be fake and therefore not a source of pride.

How does this square with the claim that Black culture was created by white racists? It's not clear. Latino and Asian cultures are also political fabrications.

What about whites who bought into the melting pot meme & broke with their cultures? Those people can only be American according to reddit

Can they re-embrace an old culture in their heritage they weren't raised in? If so, can they embrace a culture not in their heritage?

Can new cultures be created?

Can a white person raised on Black culture be Black?

It seems like these various conflicting and absurd criteria are presented because they serve a polemical purpose, to attack whites.

White culture exists only as a hostile demiurge that created Blackness, and in so doing it guarantees the legitimacy of Black culture.

These attempts to define legitimate and illegitimate cultures contrast with the old civil religion, which treated religious identity as an accident of an individual's private personal life and not something to be subjected to critical analysis in public.

Other claims

Blackness was created by white slave owners. This means Haitians and descendants of recent African migrants aren't black

There are no features of white culture that aren't shared by other groups. This means any feature of Black culture shared by others is not Black

Blackness is unique because a Black person can't change their skin color. This means non-black presenting Blacks can't be Black. So much for the one drop rule covenant.

A culture is real only if you're born into it. Therefore a Black person raised by Asian American adoptive parents can't have Black pride.

Given that it is now acceptable to subject every culture and group identity to critical analysis for the purpose of establishing state legitimacy, I encourage everyone to disregard any group claim that doesn't pass muster under these criteria.
