Michelle: We have an individual membership level with our organization that has been really successful. If you want to be more engaged and work with us and network with others involved in climate work, become a CRCJ member: ctclimateandjobs.org/membership/.
Aziz: The more you know, the more you can do. There is a question about our legislative agenda. Allison?
Allison: There are a number of bills that we are looking to support and we are looking forward to sharing that with you.
Rep. Michel: I am more than happy to help navigate and help with the process of getting information on the bills that are coming through on climate.
Terry Borjeson: I was on a meeting today that focused on moving people away from cars through affordable housing options, buses. We need to move people into places where they can work and live - walking to their destination.
Rep. Michel: I'm vegan and a co-sponsor of a bill that looks at addressing emissions from food sources. We don't have a full census of emissions, we don't know how much of our emissions are coming from food.
Aziz: Thank you for joining us. Be careful out there and be safe! Our next webinar is March 16, 2022.
